+ -1 moreI have a really good experience with them. The price was very reasonable. Everything he did was absolutely professional. The detail of work was excellent. if there was something wrong, he corrected immediately. He's probably the best architect. I was satisfied with the quality. He is one of the best I've ever used. He is a perfectionist. Overall, he is an A+.
Description of Work: I used Sumner Custom Homes. He built barns for me.

+ -1 moreWe have no complaints. They are pretty good with their follow up, but they are a little bit more expensive.
Description of Work: We had a leak in one of the windows. They came out and fixed that along with some other remedial work. A subcontractor had put in a glass shower door. He got them back and fixed right away.

Description of Work: Sumner Custom Homes added a room, added siding and fixed a number of things in the house including the roof last week.
