+ -1 moreI'm happy with them. They are excellent and I would give them top scores for reliability and service. I have used them for about ten years. They do what they are supposed to do and I don't have to interact with them a lot. They show up and do their job and do a good job. They've been coming year after year. They are reliable, they properly mow my lawn when it needs it and they don't mow it when it doesn't need it. They show up when they should as well. They don't over provide their service. When I have requested additional service they have promptly provided that.
Description of Work: I use Renfro Lawn Care to mow my lawn which is two acres.

+ -1 moreI like them; they are fine. They are reliable. They have been good about it, and that's for a number of years. I am pretty content with them. The price has been the same the whole time. Seven or eight years ago, when I first started, they were a little high. But in today's market, I think that probably they are okay. Their quality is fine.
Description of Work: Renfro Lawn Care provides lawn care services for me. They mow the grass and trim the bushes. I have been using them for about seven or eight years. The arrangement that I have with them is that they come by and look at the yard and see if it needs work or if the grass is too tall. Things are awful dry now. I don't use them near as much as I used to. But they come by about twice a month and look to see if it needs work. If it does, they go ahead and do it. If not, they just pass me until next time. On occasion, I have called them for specific services. They have generally come on out and done what I wanted them to do.
