Parobek Plumbing is our go-to plumber for all jobs--from fixing leaking toilets to running new lines. They arrive with the materials needed (they have great staff answering the phones and setting up appointments), give you an estimate on the spot, and do the work. AND they clean up after the job is done. Since we live out in the country it is really important that workmen arrive with all the tools and supplies needed for a job. Parobek has been unfailingly honest in their assessment of jobs and recommendations. They might be a little more expensive than other plumbers but they really do guarantee their work and take pride in doing a professional job.

We called on Thursday of a holiday week and were expecting an appointment after Easter weekend, but were surprised that they could come out the next day. They arrived about 45 minutes late, but called us when they were on their way. The price they originally quoted us was $385, which seemed high, but we were happy to get the work done, so we okayed it. Our house is old and strange and actually has a DOOR access to the back of the shower plumbing in the hall, so they didn't have to spend time cutting into the wall. They had the work done in about an hour and a half and with the $25/off Angie's list coupon and a chat with their supervisor about the ease of installation, they came down to $256.50, which seems entirely reasonable. Also we had already bought the faucet we needed, so this was just labor and maybe a few fittings. They were professional and friendly and even answered a few questions my husband had about our kitchen and utility room sinks. We would definitely call them again.

I had a leak between my meter and the house so I had to shut off my water. I called on a Saturday morning. They worked me in and repaired my leak in a very timely manner. I felt the price was a little high, but it was on a Saturday and not scheduled. I have had them do work for me several times and I have never been disappointed. I will use them again in the future.

Parobek has the integrity I think I not only can trust, but I don't want any other plumbing company. I am awaiting the shipment for free. Thank you Parobek ! That was a quick $1,000 I don't have to spend, thanks to you.

For $220.00 per hour, I expected a higher degree of competence . The technician was courteous, however, did not appear to know what he was doing. Told us that we needed a new mother board. After replacing the old one, we found out the problem was blown fuse. He did agree to reduce the repair price from $600.00 to $325.00.

The plumbers were: very professional; very knowledgeable; performed all work in a timely manner; and cleaned up completely when they left. We are very pleased and will use Parobek for our plumbing needs. Happy to recommend them.

Parobeck Plumbing was not the lowest bidder for the installation of a water-softening system and water filter for my residence, but Travis Parobek impressed me with his knowledge and experience when he showed up to check out the house and provide an estimate for the job. I have not been disappointed. Travis and his team were prompt, courteous and very professional. They explained exactly what they were doing, answered all my questions, and took time after the equipment was installed to explain everything again. Travis is a young man, but he knows plumbing and he knows how to provide good customer service. He even took time out to fix a toilet problem unrelated to the project, and did not charge for the work or materials. The water-softening system has only been operating for a few days, but it is doing the job. Based on my experience with Parobek so far, if I did have a problem in the future, I am convinced the company would handle it promptly. I would highly recommend Parobek to others, and definitely would hire the company for my future plumbing work.

No real complaint other than I thought the price a bit high. The arrived when promised and completed the job on time and as promised.

Both task were neatly done and I am very pleased with the the quality of the work. I highly recommend Parobek not only because of their work butalso because of their emphasis on customer service. Would be nice if all businesses were as conscientious.

Salesman came to the house and consulted us on what we needed., We have had softeners before. We also wanted an RO drinking water system. We purchased the products. The installers arrived on the scheduled day early and installed the system professionally.

The guys arrived on time, calling to alert me beforehand. Before entering my house, they placed booties over their shoes to eliminate tracking in, which was appreciated. They listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough check of all plumbing related to the bathroom sink. Luckily, all it cost me was a $40 service call, which I felt was more than reasonable. Although I hope to not have to see their friendly faces again too soon, it's good to know that they're there if I need them.

Parobek came and changed the water pressure valve at the meter two months prior; yet we noticed we were still having a lack of pressure issue in our home. Bobby has taken care of many of our service calls, so we called again to see if he had any other ideas. He came out and after several hours, finally tracked down the problem to a faulty descaler on our water filter. Any time we have called Parobek, they have been very quick to respond and always kept with any problem till it was solved and fixed. They are always curtious and respectful. I will continue to call on them in the future if the need arises

They showed up on time, were very polite, got the job done, cleaned up after repair.

The first time we used them, it was an emergency on the weekend and we were very happy with the prompt response and the cost was very reasonable.

they could not get it off and would not let me look up info on handle on internet, advised them I knew info on handle, gave me a price for removing my access panel and install new tub kit but I would need to go purchase, they did change leaky shut off valve on toilet, will not use again, my son ended up removing the faucet handle

Excellent - brought all the tools, equipment and suppllies to complete the job. Work was excellent, a quality job done in a short amount of time done for a great price.

I called on Saturday with a water pressure issue and the adjustment valve was stuck. Parobek was at my house at 8:00 Monday morning, dug up the valve and fixed the water pressure issue. They indicated the bladder in the valve may be getting old and that it might need to be replaced in the near future but did not try to sell me a new valve. Just gave me a card and said to call if there are further problems. They were done in 30 minutes. The cost of this service call was more than reasonable! I'll be calling them again.

I called this morning right after they opened. They couldn't firm up a time for an appointment, but told me someone could come out and look at the problem after lunch. They would quote me a price and fix it if wanted them to. They did exactly that and I'm very happy. They were a little more expensive than some, but worth it.

Service was fast, they were dependable and trustworthy. I'll use them again.

We set an appointment for after 12:30PM. Travis called at 1:30 and arrived promptly at 2:00. We discussed the problem. He asked to be shown the bathrooms; septic cleanout, etc. After that, he took about 5 minutes to write-up a quote. Following that, he went to work. It's 3:45 and Travis just finished the job. We've used Parobek Plumbing a total of four times now. They have always been responsive, on-time, professional, and they do good work. Their prices are higher than other plumbing contractors, but they are worth it. If we have plumbing projects, we always call these folks.

Went great from start to finish. No big story just get there , no what needs to be done and do it.

I called Thursday Feb1st to set up an appointment, said they could get to me monday morning, the techs did not show up till 6pm Monday pm. Office said they had to install a water heater at the Hyatt, so that was the delay. Tech added salt to softener and said they would be back on Wednesday to finish service as it needed to process the salt. The unit had not been used for 8 or more months. Techs did not show up on Wednesday. Thursday morning I called and was told they would return that day. Michael the tech did show up and finish the service. I also asked about a foul odor around the front porch. He said he could fix the problem and thought it was a vent pipe that was not tall enough from the roof line. He placed a longer pipe but it did not solve the problem. He did not charge me for it. He also said he would get with his boss to try and determine a fix. All in all Michael was very professional. I would use them again.
