+ -1 moreTerrific! Blaine Parish called me immediately to discuss the issue. He gave me options for when to schedule the service call, including in the evening of the same day. He arrived on time and explained the issues that caused the bracket failure. In addition to fixing the problem he identified some other issues with the door that contribute to problems and fixed those as part of his outstanding and professional service. Blaine is very personable as well as professional. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work. I would give Blaine Parish an A+ rating!
Description of Work: Replace broken bracket on the garage door to which the door opener attaches.
