These guys were respectful and very efficient with their work. They responded very quickly with our request for cleanup after our ice storm. This company also takes care of other landscaping projects. I would highly recommend them. Their pricing was reasonable.

I'm old school. I do business with a handshake. Mike is one of those kinda guys: totally honest, totally upfront, totally professional. He and his crew kept me apprised of the state of the project at all times. They were always quick and courteous if I had any questions. Their work was first class. If there were any issues they immediately resolved them. I can count on one hand the number of times in my life (and I'm almost 70) that I can say someone did an outstanding job. This is one of those times.

I've had to deal with a lot of contractors this past year due to water damage in the house, so I am very suspicious when it comes to selecting contractors and, because of bad experiences, I know what to look for in a contractor. I went with Dreamscapes for my landscaping job because I felt comfortable that they were honest and would do a good job (and secondarily they were the lowest bidder!). Mike delivered on everything I expected (and more), and the work that they did was outstanding. My backyard looks great - better than it ever has! I highly recommend Mike and Dreamscapes, and will definitely use them again for other projects that I have planned.

Mike took my rough vision and refined it. Five river rock beds with succulents, laid additional sod front and back yards, sprinkler/drip system installed. Excellent work by the crew. Five stars for DreamScapes!

We are really happy with how things turned out. Mike is easy to deal with, able to help with ideas when needed, and a great communicator. I talked to Mike about my to-do list and he helped me to carry out my vision and give me wonderful advice. I needed new sod in the front, a design for a large area of river rock installed in the back, a garden plot dug out and new decking over my concrete patio. I could not be more pleased with the communication, professionalism, and hard-working job completed by Mike and his workers. Everything turned out great! I highly recommend.

Mike was able to find time in his busy schedule to provide landscaping services for my small backyard. I accepted his suggestions for which plants I should add and other enhancements. Mike and his crew transformed our backyard from a rocky pasture into an absolute dream. We had gotten several bids from different landscape companies. We chose DreamScapes and I'm so glad we did. The quote was very reasonable and most important to us, was that Mike said he could start work within 10 days. He made good on that promise and started the next week. We had irrigation and sod installed along with 3 flagstone pathways and a raised rock wall planter bed. We also had rocks installed along the side of our property for drainage and landscape lighting added to both the front and back yard. Mike's crew also moved a couple of large boulders we had and incorporated them in the mulch beds that surrounded our oak cluster. He ended up being a couple of pallets short on the grass but didn't charge us for it. He said it was his mistake on the measurements. This company is top of the line in my book. They are honest, friendly and they work fast. Total job took just under 2 weeks. Thank you Mike!!

Mike is a true professional. We had some basic ideas and he had great suggestions and ideas that made our backyard even better. We installed beds, irrigation, xeriscaping, sod, rock walls, patio and lighting in a large space. Mike was on the job site regularly and had continual communication with us. The crews were professional and neat during a big project. The estimate was what we paid. He answered all our questions and responded quickly. We are thrilled with our new backyard.

Dreamscapes is the company you want to hire to take care of your landscape construction needs. My wife and I interviewed 4 other companies we found through all the regular review sites. Besides price, the owner Mike was by far the reason we chose Dreamscapes. His demeanor, professionalism, and attentiveness to our needs paid great dividends as the project moved from the planning stages all the way to completion with all the ups and downs you would expect from such a large project. When we first received Dreamscape's bid we wondered what the catch was since all the other companies' bids were so high even though it was an apple to apple comparison. To say it's the wild, wild west in the construction business is an understatement. The price of materials is the price so once you boil down costs you can see if someone is charging too much. It was refreshing to have a business charge a decent price while being able to make a profit for itself that wasn't going to end up with me sending their kids to Stanford. We had received a separate quote for outdoor lights that Mike was able to undercut significantly. Once work started Mike kept in constant communication with us to let us know what the status of his crew was for the day or week so we could plan our days accordingly. His general labor crew was extremely courteous and professional and cleaned up after each day. His stonework guys were the same and I was so impressed with their work that I added a new mailbox to the contract. Mike also has a crew that does topnotch pavestone work that created the design we were looking for. As with all large projects, not everything went according to plan but this is where Mike's professionalism took over. Mike never asked for more money if an item was over budget or his guys had to fix mistakes. He always accepted responsibility as a business owner which says a lot about his ethics and it's evident he takes pride in his company. Dreamscapes turned our yard into a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy during any season. Don't hesitate to call Mike and have him bid on your project. You will be treated professionally, honestly, and will not be ripped off.
