+ -1 moreFirst they were called out by our renters, then came out and agreed there was a problem with the AC. So they schedule another appointment to come back to fix the problem 4 days later. They show up as scheduled and fixed it, got it running. The AC freezes up and they must come out again and decide it is a capacitor (sp) . They then have to come back yet another day to replace that part. I just thought they were not prepared to make a service call and I felt it was unprofessional.

+ -1 moreI purchased the annual service agreement with Bastrop Air for years. For my money, I got 2 checkups per year and priority service. That priority service came in handy one summer when my compressor blew up. I lost the AC at around 10:00 in the morning, and I had AC again by bed time. Every one of the workers I dealt with over the years was professional and friendly. I live in Pflugerville now, but I would recommend Bastrop Air to anyone in their service area.
