It went extremely well. Very professional and friendly team. No surprises or hidden costs. They cleaned up very well aftetowards. We will be having them come again for other projects.

Everything has always gone extremely well, on time, and as promised. I highly recommend Paul and Ameritech for any home remodeling and repair project.

The contractor did everything that was agreed upon. It was done in a professional and timely manner. Quality of the overall work was very good. New hardwood floor is well glued and does not show any issues of popping as such. Contractor also helped in installing a small peice of damaged drywall (6in x 3ft) behind the base board on my request without any extra charge. Contractor finished the job in 2 days. The only point that bothered me was that the salesman of the contractor had seen and agreed upon the job for $500. But when the contractor showed up for the job, he declined to honor his salesman's commitment, citing the reason that the work is much more involved than what "his" salesman had thought!!! Now that is something hard to digest. Later on he quoted $800 with $100 extra for the hardwood glue. Since I wanted to get the job done asap (I was in need), I agreed to the new charges and got the work done. Overall the work quality was good. I will use him again but only when "THE CONTRACTOR" comes and checks things out. One more important thing I'd like to point out: My friend had actually recommended this contractor to me. I fot my thing done. My friend also had some extensive work to be done on his house. The salesman as well as the contractor both made trips to my friend's house but till date (its been 2 weeks or more already) and after many emails and phone calls, none of them have neither gotten back to my friend nor have they cited any reason. Go wonder!!!
