 + -1 moreThe bidding process was complicated with two other contractors, but O came out with a printed but that had a guarantee for both the cost and the work performed. The fence and the bathroom where actually two seperate projects but both jobs were done ahead of schedule and budget.

Some services include providing day labor to help homeowners with projects, property "make-ready", land clearing, building demolition, consultation of home projects, sub-contractor negotiation, and general contracting services.
We do not perform HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Prevention instillation services. We do, however, have a network of licensed and insured professionals that we call on to work alongside us when the need arises.
