Wade, your high tech, experienced leader, is a valuable asset to Dâ Spain Sales & Service. During the course of our complicated air-conditioning saga, he demonstrated determination and skill by developing and following a methodical working plan on our complex, newer Trane equipment. He also delivered excellent customer service by keeping us informed, updated, patient and confident that he would deliver satisfaction. Ronnie, our initial contact with Dâ Spain, worked on our unit, including the final fix, and built our confidence in Dâ Spain and their zeal for customer satisfaction. In fact, it was Ronnieâ s excellent sales ability that prompted our decision to drop our home warranty contract and sign up for the DDS â Good Sense Plan.â Ronnie also gave us the opportunity to have Wade introduced to our problem and ultimately provide the solution. Consistently competent service on our Trane system that they installed several years ago. We had recommended their service plan. They come out every 6 months and thoroughly inspect, check and document the performance of the unit. I think documentation of performance is a key factor in assuring top performance over time and detecting potential failure points. Professional and friendly service. Good job Guys!

One of the very few companies that would actually come out and do a free quote. It was our first time dealing with a water well, so we really didn't know if it was a minor or major issue. Unfortunately, for us it was a major issue that no one likes to hear. D'Spain made it as easy and painless for us as possible. Great company!

All the work that we asked for was completed efficiently and any questions I had in regards to what they were doing were answered without question I would recommend D’Spain without question.

Tristan was our service man. He serviced our generator and also installed a whole house circuit protector on our guest house. Very professional and explained everything he was doing. Also had Billy here to install a new motor fan on an air conditioning unit. He did wonderful also. Very nice and explained everything.
