These guys are great. Had a major league electrical problem in the house that began at the pole. The customer service rep said it sounded dangerous and quickly scheduled an electrician to investigate. They fixed the problem and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Awesome customer service and fantastic crews.

Had to replace both units. Price was very reasonable, service techs were polite, professional,and very informative. prompt follow up by another tech and office personnel. Were very speedy in response to inquiry.

They provided options for how to handle the job. They provided me with the pros & cons of each option, and the costs of each. They completed the work as specified, on time, and at the quoted price, and ensured the area was cleaned up when they were done. Very professional.

The quality of the finished work is worth 5 stars, unfortunately there were problems getting there: was quoted 4 hrs labor, but took 7 days. Several times the electrician arrived with a hangover & I'm pretty sure he was still drunk at least once. They had to borrow my toolS one day. They had to be called back to finish five times. Electrician insisted we call him direct and avoid the "horrible office staff". Caused damage to lighting fixture, which was reduced on the final bill. Based on behavior and statements made, I suspect we got a bad employee & the rest of the company has to be better...

The service man was very nice in explaneing everything to me. And also explained what else I had yo do and gave me a price right away what it was going to visit me to prepare for it. And gave me his card. Very very good for the business. Job well done.

UGH - Stay clear of these guys! One quote on phone for "service call" is NOT what they charge! Plus, even before I used their service, they're calling me to sign up for their yearly customer service package! Really? My $89 quote turned into $317.00 for 2 GFI plugs installed - all in LESS than one hour! Really! WOW!! And it took 2 men - really?

Excellent service! They even repaired the cover that goes to the attic of my house and did not charge me. In fact, they apologized because they didn't have any chalk to make it perfect. I DEFINITELY would use them again.

Great job! Small error was made on the price quote in the field vs what the office had. I was never contacted about the billing though I called several times. I did drive from Laredo Ranch to Bandera so that I could make immediate payment........don't like to owe people money. That wS not a big issue, but an excuse to see the beautiful town. The owner was very nice, friendly and extremely professional. I recommend the company!!
