Description of Work: Replaced outside A/C unit and installed digital thermostat. They were very professional, called to let us know when they would arrive and explained how the thermostat worked. We were so pleased with the work, we signed a service contract, although they didn't try to push one on us. We had to ask about one, which was also a plus- they don't try to up-sell.

Description of Work: Installed ductless air/heat system. Installation was fast and professional. Called for service due to water dripping from line - service person had already made up his mind that nothing was wrong - had to walk him to the unit in question. He said the amount of water was normal due to humidity. Now the wrap around the lines is deteriorating, guess that is normal too.
