 + 1 moreI had the distinct displeasure of dealing with this company and the owner, Phillip. Was looking for them to finish a job they'd started- Installation of new HVAC, thermostats, returns, etc. Got a massive run-around from them regarding the work and how they couldn't do it. Asked the owner Phillip a question. He blew up at me and called me a "Smart ***". Unbelievable! Will NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Am going to use someone else to finish out the work.

 + -1 moreHe drove all the way to San Antonio from Bandera to just give me an estimate on my commercial buildings. He's consciousness and thorough. I can't say enough about him. I've gotten several estimates for air duct cleaning, but he was honest enough to let me know that the ducts are not old enough to need cleaning. He got on the roof to check on the units to see if the filtering system needed work and even contacted the manufacturer when he had questions. If I had an emergency, he's Johnny on the Spot. He's just a all-around good contractor. We've used him at our home in Bandera and he's just an all-around true professional.
