 + -1 moreDuring the removal of the existing duct work, the existing gas furnace exhaust vent was disconnected by AAM. When the new duct work was installed, no consideration was given to the pathway necessary to reinstall the furnace exhaust AAM disconnected. In the months following this work, the general contractor was terminated for reasons unrelated to the performance of AAM. When a new general contractor was hired to complete the work, I contacted AAM to provide an estimate to complete their work. At the time, I believed this only included installation of the thermostat, and supply and return grills. I was told that they did not have time to complete the work and I would need to find another mechanical contractor. I then contacted an alternative mechanical contractor to review the remaining work and provide an estimate to complete. This was when I discovered that one of the ducts installed by AAM would have to be removed and a new duct installed to allow for the reinstallation of the existing furnace exhaust. When I contacted AAM regarding defect in their work, I was told that his contract was not with me and only covered ductwork work and not exhaust vent. The cost to correct AAM work will be in excess of $1,500. I tried contacting AAM to get them to correctly install the duct work that allowed for the existing exhaust furnace to be reinstalled, but never received a call back.

 + -1 moreHe was extremely punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, very honest, and polite. He was extremely responsive to my phone calls and my questions throughout the entire process. He personally brought over a whole packet for my records, including the information on the systems he installed and their warranties. I had several other people come out to give me estimates, he was more reasonably priced than all the others. Everything that he installed is a great quality, I researched everything. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, I can't say enough good things about him!
Description of Work: He put central A/C and heat in my house. I've never had it before, so he put in a whole new system. He also installed an ionization system for me.

Description of Work: Retrofit a 1930s home with new central Heating/AC, removed wall heater and wall A/C units. New duct work in attic. Drywall, tape and float gaps in walls from old units.
