Their service was done very poorly. There was a leaky faucet and he had to make a second trip. He charged me $400 for a $250 faucet. It cost me $600 to change a leaky faucet. It was fixed when he was done. I think everything went well with the punctuality.

The work was good. The coupon was very misleading; I had to pay additional money for the services. The coupon was not face value.

Arrived Friday morning, working all day on the slab leak issue. Had to return the following day, Saturday, to finish the slab leak repair, pouring fresh cement, replacing the hot water heater pipes and the clothes washer faucets and hoses. Finally finished mid afternoon. He basically spent 2 days here dealing with the amount of work that had to be repaired. Never stopped to eat or take a break! I personally don't know how anyone can sustain themselves under these number of hours. Needless to say... I'm impressed!

This did happen several years ago, but I had a water heater go out quite suddenly. I called around for prices and settled on LeFever. They were prompt, courteous, skilled and tidy. He installed a new water heater, as well as putting in a catch-pan, and an overflow pipe through the wall to the outside. I believe these things are now required by code, but I was very surprised on how fast and efficiently it was done.

If I didn't like them, I wouldn't use them.

The price I paid him was reasonable. He was good. A year after that work there is not leak so far. He did everything but he did not fill the hole under the sink. He was responsive. He kept telling me what he was doing.

Plumber came to house to fix or replace water heater. Rather than immediately tell me that it was "no good" and needed replacing, he said he could repair it and make it "like new." He did, and it is! His honesty and experience were very much appreciated!

They did the initial job on our remodeling project, we couldn t do anything until all of the water was off and disconnected. When the guy came out he did a very thorough job, he didn t miss anything. When we tore out walls and knocked out the drywall we had no water leaks or any surprises. He did very good. I was impressed with LeFevers and he came right on time and knew exactly what he was doing as well.

I'm very happy with the company's service. They discovered the problem with my water heater quickly and faced it. He did extensive testing on my unit, and were very thorough about it. When I paid them, they told me about a coupon in the phone book I could use to get a better price. I thought that was very nice of them.

I've used Lefever several times in the past. They know the business and give honest estimates. Seem the same in price as others but I trust them. John Lefever workers are always very nice. They treat me with lots of respect even when I call for simple repairs, and even though I do not live in the nicest house or the best area of town. This job they came and did the work mentioned above. I only gave them a 'b' in price only because all plumbing (electrical too) seems so expensive but then again I don't want to crawl under my house and it is what it is, I don't want any future problems either.

It was very good. He was timely, prompt, courteous, and a breeze to deal with.

CALLED LEFEVERS TO COME CLEAN OUR DRAINS. ACTUALLY DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD SHOW UP BECAUSE ITS WAS RAINING CATS & DOGS. PLUMBER WENT UP ON ROOF AN RAN A CABLE DOWN BOTH CLEAN OUTS AN FIXED OUR PROBLEM. HE GOT SOAKING WET. MOST COMPANY I THINK WOULD HAVE PUT OFF THE JOB DUE TO WEATHER.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER MY FIRST CALL AND WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

I FELT THEY REALLY KNEW THEIR STUFF. THEY ARE 2ND GENERATION PLUMBERS WITH EXCELLENT HELPERS. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND CONSISTENTLY. THE OWNER CAME BY TO DISCUSS OUR OPTIONS WITH US. THE WORKERS CALLED WHEN CHOICES NEEDED TO BE MADE. THEY ALWAYS GAVE US OPTIONS (BEST LEVEL OF REPAIR VS MINIMAL NECESSARY REPAIR) SO THAT WE COULD DECIDE ON THE FINAL COST LEVEL (WHENEVER POSSIBLE).
