house cleaning
+ -1 moreHorrible. The initial visit was made by two "supervisors". They did none of what they were supposed to do. The most I was offered was for them (the same people) to return the following week to re-clean. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me I might not be happy with anyone!!! I was going out of town, therefore the next time they would be out was two weeks after the supposed initial cleaning. A different lady came then. She reviewed everything with me and confirmed I had a valid complaint. She did a better job than the first and was also very personable. I still could not tell my house was any cleaner than when I clean it. I was never offered any compensation for the incompetence of the first visit and didn't feel I was getting my moneys worth so I canceled. I was not going to throw good money after bad. I have had housekeepers in the past. I know what clean is. It is not just surface dusting, it is cleaning. That is what I expected to get from them but apparently they don't understand the word "clean".
Description of Work: Wasted time. They did not clean my house.

house cleaning

Description of Work: This was a deep cleaning on this first visit. They called Friday as promised to let me know their time of arrival. They arrived right on time . cleaned under furniture, dusted top to bottom,even the bases of my chairs, inside of windows, blinds , even wiped out refridgerator and microwave. House smells wonderful and is sparkling clean.
