They were horrible. Work was unprofessional looking. It was a short visit. They advised that the system just needed cleaning. They performed a carbon monoxide test and said everything was fine. The next morning, the tech called back and said the boss gave them a different CO monitor to redo the test and advised me ''do NOT turn on the heat''. I told them we were at work, and we took off a 1/2 day for their original visit. They could come after we got home after 6 pm. The tech indicated that they were closed by then, and he would check ''with the boss'' and call back. No calls were received that day. If it was THAT important, wouldn't you expect someone to show up to evaluate the problem right away? I guess business hours are more important than customer satisfaction and safety.
Description of Work: I got homeowners warranty work for a defective furnace.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS UNEXPECTED DEROGATORY REPORT. WE REVIEW, WITH EACH TECHNICIAN, ANY PROBLEMS THAT HE MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED AT A CUSTOMER'S HOME, NONE WERE REPORTED. IT IS UNFORTUNATE WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT OUR SERVICE DID NOT MEET THEIR EXPECTATIONS, WE CAN'T GO THE EXTRA MILE TO FIX A PROBLEM IF WE DON'T KNOW ONE EXISTS. DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW WORK COULD BE UNPROFESSIONAL LOOKING. THERE WAS NOT ANY WORK PERFORMED, EXCEPT TO TURN ON A HEATER, THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY DIAGNOSED AS NEEDING CLEANING AND PERFORM A CARBON MONOXIDE TEST. WE WERE THE 2ND CONTRACTOR CALLED. THE MEMBER ALSO NEGLECTED TO MENTION THAT HE WAS NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE DISCOVERED THE POSSIBILITY OF A DEFECTIVE METER, AND DURING THIS CONVERSATION, HE STATED THEY HAD SCHEDULED A 3RD COMPANY TO EVALUATE THEIR SYSTEM. WHEN A FOLLOW UP CALL WAS MADE THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY, WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY ALREADY HAD THE HEATER REPLACED. OUR WEBSITE LISTS OUR AFFILIATIONS, ABILITIES, THIRD PARTY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS AND SOME APPRECIATION TESTIMONIALS. WE ALSO ROUTINELY PERFORM TELEPHONE FOLLOW UP CALLS TO HELP US IMPROVE OUR SERVICE. AGAIN, IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT INFORM US OF THEIR DISSATISFACTION. WAYNE, SERVICE MANAGER.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. BOTH, THE REPAIR TECHNICIAN AND THE INSTALLER, WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT. THEY TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE WITH THE UNIT THAT WE HAD, AND EACH CHARGE THAT WAS ON THE INVOICE. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND PERFORMED THEIR JOBS WELL.
Description of Work: TRI COUNTY MECHANICAL WAS CALLED ON BY OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO CHECK OUT OUR AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS WITH OUR SECOND FLOOR UNIT. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CURRENT UNIT WAS UN-SERVICEABLE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED.
