Pleased with the new A/C unit. It stopped running a week or so after the install. I called them and they responded within an hour to find the problem immediately and restored my cooling. My cleaning service recommended that I have my ducts cleaned. Strickland did it and I'm very pleased. The dark gray dirty interior of the air returned to a silvery color of the original duct. Air is now much cleaner in the house from a better filter system, uv light in the intake and the clean ducts.
