The service was wonderful!!! The gentleman from Quality called the morning the listing was posted, came over to give me an estimate that afternoon and the next morning he installed it before my Caregiver woke me up to tell me he was finished installing my fan. I purchased the fan nearly two years ago and the man who had originally said he would install it kept stalling me. Too busy on his cell phone every time I managed to run into him. THANK YOU QUALITY! I love my fan!!

I was given an estimate based on a phone conversation. When he came to do the work, he saw it was an easier job, and my total bill was less than the estimate.

Casey Lee, the master electrician that came to my house when my electricity went out,quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out meter box. He promptly went to work to fix the problem knowing that my wife, who is recovering from pneumonia,was sick and needed the heater. He was very cordial, knowing and friendly. I highly recommend him!

SAME DAY SERVICE, GREAT ATTITUDE, FAST AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALL

Quantum Unlimited is very responsive; performs excellent work; and thoughtfully explains the work being performed. They contacted me in less than 30 minutes from my post. Casey figured out a problem that I have had with my pool light for some time and that two other electricians could not fix. He is very determined to do things right and that will last. Casey really enjoys his work and you can tell by how he explains what he is doing and why.

Overall a good experience. The quality of the work was pretty good. My spouse and I were both unable to be at the house during the time of install and Casey was very informative and kept us in the loop the entire time. He was even nice enough to let our dogs out of the kennel and let them hang out with him during the install. Unfortunately we were not very impressed with his tidiness. We expected him to clean up after he was finished and found that was not the case. After the first day, we found an empty can on our fireplace along with used boxes. This is something that should of been cleaned up and organized a little better. Additionally there was a mess from drilling all over the floor. He loosely swept it up but left the remainder of it for us to clean up. Lastly he told us that he would be showing up at 9:00 A.M. on Monday for the second day of installing. While he did inform us that he would be late, three and a half hours is a bit excessive. He was able to finish installing the lights in our living room and completely install the lights in the kitchen in what seemed like three hours. I know that my knowledge is limited on installing lights but it took him all day on Friday to install three lights out of six in the living room. Not sure if it was a time management issue, or if there is more involved on why it took so long the first day. Thanks for coming and installing the lights and making our house much brighter.

Mr. Lee was able to explain what I needed and why to keep my generator working efficiently. He also provided me with information on products that will not be available in the future and how to handle those issues,
