I put in a request and they called immediately. We setup a time for the following morning. He never showed up and did not call. He did not respond to my calls either.

The technician removed the squirrel and said that there was no current activity, so no treatment was necessary. He recommended sealing the attic to prevent future infestation.

It went great...the tech was very quick and very nice. He explained everything he was doing and how we could help prevent re-infestation. It was a great experience so I signed up for the yearly service. The price seems high, but we get 6 visits/treatments and should mice appear during the year, the yearly service will cover the mice as well.

They came out right away for the inspection and price quote. Their schedule was full and it was three weeks before the actual treatment. The treatment had to be delayed due to rain and they gave us a very prompt reschedule date. The representative was friendly and patient in answering all questions. Their price seemed to be in the ballpark with others we contemplated. We were unfamiliar with the way termite treatment guarantees work since we've never needed this service before. We did not realize that to keep a guarantee active it is necessary to pay an annual fee and schedule a service call annually. Of course, that is well worth it to protect our home.

He was a few minutes late, but the company called to let me know. Very nice technician. Great job. He sprayed both inside and outside for one price. I will definitely use them again!

He came at the arranged time and sprayed inside and the outside foundation of the house. He answered all my questions regarding the pesticide used and what I may need in the future. No hard sell of services which I really liked.

Longhorn is a great company. They are professional, reasonable, and good. They do a great job keeping the bugs at bay and that can be difficult since we live near a lake. I paid them about $900 years ago to get rid of the termites. I have them come out every year in spring to check for termites and they spray if they find termites. I also have them spray for roaches, carpenter ants and other pests around and I pay them extra for that. The young man that I have dealt with has always been very good and is very nice to deal with. They always come out right away if I have a problem. We have always worked things out whenever I had any discrepancy about the billing. They also call me back for the yearly termite check up. They were the first ones that came out to help me with the termite problem and they were less expensive than the branded companies. Moreover, I haven't compared their price with many other companies and there was one company that came out which was very expensive. I don't know about their new pricing, as I have been having the same price for many years now. The quality of their service is good, as the guy who comes out checks everything. He will go upstairs and check if I ask him to do so. I don't necessarily have to get anything done myself. They are responsive, as they come when they say that they are going to come out which is quite unique over here. I have never had any problems with them and I will continue to use their services in the future too.

THE TECH, BRAD, IS VERY POLITE. IF I AM HOME, HE ALWAYS ASKS IF THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO SPRAY. OTHERWISE, HE WILL COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME. HE IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND HE SEEMS TO BE GETTING THE JOB DONE.
