We are far from unprofessional, and we are not overpriced. We have competitive pricing with other pool companies in our area. We have checked. Not to mention, I told you pricing before you hired us. And, we are very professional. Our 62 A reviews show that. We had to cancel pool service with you due to your lack of communication. We strive to communicate with our customers about their pool. We've done that since day 1 in 2004. I had a hard time getting you to reply to my texts and returning my calls about your pool. Before the first time I came out, I had to text you twice within 2 days just to get your address. My tech texted you when he was on his way so you could put your dog up like you asked us to do. You never replied. He called you when he pulled in your driveway, and you didn't answer. He then rang the doorbell and again no answer, ( yet you said you were home) so he left to the next job. You later called me because I sent you a text canceling service for lack of communication. You said you put the dog up, but for whatever reason, you didn't inform my tech. You expected him to service your pool WITHOUT knowing the dog was put up. We are NOT going in a backyard not knowing if a dog that possibly bites is not put up. Your not leaving a bad review for me being unprofessional or being over priced. You are leaving it because we canceled service. Due to your lack of communication. Trust me, we don't cancel service for no reason. We have customers of 20 years, 16 years, 12 years etc. We take pride in our service, dedication, and communicating with our customers
