It went fantastic! Keith and his “real” carpenters set a new benchmark for contractors in my book. First class from first cut until final cleanup. Was he a bit more expensive than the average guy... yes, but well worth it. The old adage, you get what you pay for is so true. Keith’s advertises that his sheds are built like a house... believe it!! I highly recommend Keith and his group of professionals. You will not be disappointed!

The owner Keith From is very professional and accommodating. His building crew the also very professional and accommodating, the workmanship is outstanding and definitely worth the price. The crew arrived promptly every morning, worked studiously. all day and meticulously cleaned up the work site every day. the finished product is superb. I give them a AAA rating.

This build went very very well. We had pne day of rain and a few can we change this? Keith and his crew are excellent, very courtesy, polite and professional. Answered all our questions and did not get irritated over the dogs needing to come out!

My wife and I could not be happier with our new shed. Keith and his team did a fantastic job! My neighbor has a shed next to it in the other yard, and there is no comparison to the build quality. Austin, William, and Richard were so friendly and polite. They customized the shelves inside to my exact specifications. I just could not be happier! Although this shed was more expensive than other brands. There is no question that you get what you pay for. This shed was built ground up, piece by piece. Much better than a shed kit.

Keith From, the owner of Sheds by Keith, and his construction crew work together like a well oiled machine. The crew arrived each day by 7AM and never seemed to stop until their day ended. Keith was here almost every day overseeing the construction. At the end of the day the crew cleaned up the construction areas. Everything was put up until the next morning and nothing was left out for us to clean up. They are professional, organized, courteous, and personable. Their attention to detail and work is superb and I would hire Keith and his crew again.

Very sturdily build and beautiful. The owner was available to offer many creative suggestions and to talk with me about ideas I had as well. I never felt rushed. Very professional and polite crew.

The shed looks amazing and it reflects 100% of my vision. Keith worked with me to architect a shed that would not look like your normal run of the mill sheds, but more like a guest house. My shed consisted of 5 Transom Windows, 4 regular windows, full glass door and a 7 foot roll up door. He uses quality material and builds it just like you would build a house. His team was very professional and they take the time to walk you thru the project. He called me daily to update status and make sure I was happy. This Company presented themselves like Family, they was very respectful on how they ended the day by cleaning and putting all of they belongings up and out of the way on a daily bases leaving the yard in a safe environment, they went above and beyond the most highest quality in the service provided, they are very hard workers not a slow day in getting things done it was a last minute change in something we requested and it was no problem these guys still had a smile stated to me it was all about what made us happy. I would call them first for anything in the future because this is a God Gifted Company and the price was right.

Keith and his crew were prompt, courteous and professional. The price was comparable to other estimates. However, I feel that Keith's build offers more for the money because he builds in a lot of little nuanced quality features such as cross braces between 2X6 floor joists, wall studs on 16" centers, shelves at no extra cost, two fresh air vents at no extra cost and the list goes on. The build took a little longer than I expected but only because they take the time to do it right and they are meticulous with the details. I liked that Keith was on the job site every day overseeing the work and was always accessible to answer any questions. He and his crew take pride in their work and the end result shows it. I have peace of mind knowing this shed was built right and I highly recommend Sheds by Keith.

The quality of construction is first rate. It is very much like a house. He used 5 piers for this small shed foundation, but the cost is similar to that from a big box home improvement store price. All pricing is up front, and there are no hidden charges. The work was performed quickly and the crew was very professional. I am very happy with the work.

From the very first phone call Keith was very professional, and provided excellent communication on the schedule, on the daily progress his team had made. He and his guys are hard workers and very considerate to the home owner and the neighbors. The bottom line is that Keith and his team are very good at what they do, unlike most or many contractor companies. My expectations were high based on what Keith had mentioned on his website about the quality of his structures. Keith went ABOVE any expectations I had. Yes, he charges more than some other contractors, but the quality, workmanship, professionalism, and sheer willingness to please the customer was well-worth the expense. Keith was a great listener and very easy to worth with during all phases of the project. He is an excellent communicator and provides pictures through all stages of construction. While he provided ideas and design improvements along the way, he NEVER once made me feel pressured or that he was trying to up-sell me on anything. Keith uses quality materials for the construction. Another unexpected surprise is that he warranties his work for the first year. It is clear that Keith and the entire crew have a passion for building. I am now spoiled and plan to hire Keith for any future projects that he is willing to take on. Keith and his crew were very professional and responsive to questions on design and sizing. They are first class and truly strive to please the customer.

Keith was very accommodating as we had to start construction early to grandfather in to a possible change to zoning laws. H came 2 ½ weeks before projected start date to set the floor, so construction was started. This just shows how he listens to clients and works with them. As to the shed, the floor is built to hold a car, not just a mower and yard tools. The rest of the shed is built like a house, 2x4’s, radiant barrier roof, 30 year shingles, and such. All the wood is hand selected, not a bad 2x4 in the bunch. Keith’s sheds cost more, but worth every penny. If I had to do it again, I would not change. As to the crew, what a professional bunch of carpenters. They worked like a group of beavers. Not one wasted step. Construction flew, but you could tell, it was done well, not just slapped together. Everything was finished well, no step skipped. They were fast, but excellent work was performed. Keith was there the whole time, not to micromanage, but to help, and to listen to me for any input or questions.

The process I went through to find the right builder was detailed with a tremendous amount of time and research invested on my part. I personally went to manufactures and builders in a 75 mile area to check out the quality that many advertised. I am glad I spent the time learning about how these many companies really build. What I learned was that you can buy a shed for about any amount you want to spend and you get the quality that price reflects. I wanted something that would last. The vast majority of big box stores sell the cheapest made stuff and you will have to buy them again in 5 years or less. If you go to manufactures to see the process, they start with a low price but by the time you get the quality item upgrades for EVERYTHING added you have spent a ridiculous price for something that should be standard in an average building. After researching 15 different shed builders I was about to give up. By now I learned about the many short cuts that are taken in order for businesses to make a incredible profit margin. I was pretty sick of the whole games. One night I thought I would look one more time in the local area to see what I missed. I have to say that I hit the mother load when I found Custom Sheds By Keith. In his description I thought it was too good to be true but he includes several items I wanted and were standard while everyone I dealt with wanted me to pay rediculous prices to add. I was going to do my home work on Keith just like I did on all the previous companies. I managed to go see a barn he was currently working on and sure enough the building was being built to the specification he listed in his detailed ad. I talked to owners that had Keith and his team built them buildings and everyone loved his work and his team. I explained to Keith what I wanted and he threw out some ideas and we locked in the price and we began. I knew he had to be pretty good because I had to get in line with the other customers that had hired Keith. This also allowed me to further check out if this guy could really be that good. He really checked out with high respect from his customers. His customers loved this guy. He has the best 3 guys that work for him. Austin, Willy and Trever were true craftsman. These are not just 3 guys wth a hammer. These guys could work magic. I loved the fact that one of Keith's standard practice is that they screw everything together and not just air gunning the nails. I watched just about everything used in this barn. the boards were perfect and hand picked. They used 5,000 screws to guild this 16 x 30 foot double deck barn. After it was complete I was confident that it was built better that my home and it was custom built too. To say I am more than pleased and know I have the finest barn built, would be an under statement. He built this project right at the agreed price and it was an excellent price when I compared it to building quotes by others that been jacked up by wanting increased price adjustments for such items as walls and roof on 16 inch center instead of 24 in centers. Who would ever want a building of any kind built with 24 in centers when you have weight on it? Keith was honest, fair, good communication. I will use these guys again for another project. Thank you for showing me what real professional craftsmanship still can look like Austin, Willy and Trevor along with you Keith.

Keith and his crew were amazing. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, but Keith was very patient with us. He allowed us to make several changes. His team was very professional. They worked hard and the end product was beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone!

They showed up on time and completed all the work, both tear down and rebuild in one day. Approximately 9 hours total. The work is impeccable and sturdy. Only downside is cost. They were significantly more expensive than their competition and they didn't include painting which added up to another several hundred dollars. There is something to be said however for the old saying of you get what you pay for and I don't think you can get a better shed built unless it is actually just a small finished house. I expect this shed will stand for at least 30 years or more.

The experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Keith and his crew are courteous, responsive and efficient. They built us an outstanding quality shed for a very fair price. They were able to do the job a few weeks earlier than planned due to an opening they had in their schedule. In addition to that, we changed the scope of work the night before the job and they weren't phased at all. They quickly changed the plan and built exactly what we wanted. In this day and age it's really nice to have a contracted job done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Keith and his crew to build your next shed. Fantastic,the entire crew from the owner Keith to his crew Austin,William,and Trevor were a true pleasure to have working on my property.They are all very professional,courteious, and clean up after themselves thruout the day so no trash is left on the property. The whole crew are like a happy family they work together with no discontent at the end of the day give each other high fives and a hug they truly seem to enjoy what they are doing.The price quoted before work began was to the penny,work was completed in the time frame that was stated,the crew gives daily updates and answers any and all questions.Having a custom built building actually came out cheaper than one built by one of the big competitors and I got the size I wanted,and with it being screwed together vs.nailed it truly is a well built building,and if I ever need anything ever built again I will not hesitate calling Custom Sheds by Keith first.

Keith From (Sheds by Keith) and his crew did a superb job constructing my custom 8x16 garden storage shed in just two days (not counting rain delays), providing periodic progress reports and photos to document each stage of the construction process. Keith parked a superbly-organized trailer containing all lumber, tools and materials in the driveway, and his experienced crew cleaned up the site each day. They clearly knew their individual jobs, communicated well, and displayed a professional demeanor. I was particularly impressed that, at the end of construction, they all hugged and congratulated each other on another job well done – they obviously care for each other and love what they do! Keith’s pricing may be a bit higher than most, but what you get is a painless process and a high quality product built by true craftsmen. Highly recommended.
