house cleaning
 + -1 moreI was under the impression we had an arrangement, up until the evening before. I felt like it was a waste of my time.
Description of Work: There was no work performed. I spoke to owner Laney on a Tuesday on the phone. She gave me a quote based on square footage of our home. She made an appointment with me for that Friday. She did not specify what the appointment was for, I assumed it was to clean. Friday arrived, an hour before our appointment I received a message from Laney saying she was to be late by an hour, something had come up, would that be okay? Well she did show an hour late and we went through my properly. After going through the entire house she informed me she had no crew to clean that day. She would have her ladies there on Monday. I went through with her my expectations and she led me to believe, that day, that she could offer me the cleaning. On Sunday I received a message from her informing me that they had no openings now and that her crew could not do the cleaning. It seems to me that she came off initially professional but vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the bathroom was not what her crew could delive

 + -1 moreI like them a lot as they are very thorough. I find them to be well supervised and they make sure that their workers can be trusted. They are also good about making adjustments to fit your schedule if there needs to be a change.
Description of Work: They come every other week to clean my 2200 square foot home. They do the dusting, vacuuming, mopping and other duties as asked.
