Called Mr. Browning to get an estimate and he came out the next morning. After checking other contractors I went with Mr. Browning based on price and the comfort level i felt after talking with him. He started the job over the next few days when he said he would. He was very good about explaining the process for me and how it would all work. Mr. Browning also recommended a plumber to replace the water controls while the tile was torn out. I wanted to wait on the feed back until the job had been in for a while to make sure there were no problems and I am glad to report the tile is still up and looking good. I would use Mr. Browning again!! Great Job.

Mr. Browning demostrated a high degree of professional skills, coupled with impectable cleaniness thru the entrie job. He accepted the materials on site from a defaulted contractor, made modest recommendation to enhance the bonding and sealing, and finished the work with only one 1" square patch in one closet. A remarkable on time performance. I will accpt any follow up from his prospective customers. I recommended another customer who also stated his work was outstanding and will continue to recommend him.

We have a 37 year old home and have done extensive remodeling over the years. Jerry Browning is one of the best craftsman we have ever used. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Our tile supplier recommended several tile installers. Jerry's estimate was in line with others but after speaking with him, it was evident he was very knowledgeable and professional. Glass tile can be more challenging to install than ceramic tile because it is more difficult to cut clean edges. Jerry initially removed the old tile by doing a neat job with no damage to the tub. He then installed "hardibacker" sheets to block moisture and set the tile. He had to cut thin pieces to form an edging on the sides and align those pieces to the other tile. We are very pleased with the result and wish we had known about Jerry in the past when we had other tile work done.
