THANK YOU, JOHN AND JAMES, FOR WORKING ME INTO THE SCHEDULE SO I COULD GET THE LAUNDRY ROOM PAINTED BEFORE THE INSTALLATION OF MY NEW WASHER/DRYER. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE WAY YOU COVERED THE WAY TO THE GARAGE IN PLASTIC, SO THE DOOR COULD STILL BE PAINTED DURING THIS HEAT WAVE. YOU HANDLED EVERYTHING AND MADE IT SO EASY FOR ME. NICE JOB, APPRECIATE YOU!! NOW MY LAUNDRY ROOM LOOKS SO NICE!!

Absolutely awful. First off it took almost 7 weeks to complete the work after telling me it would take no longer then 2 weeks. They showed up about once to twice a week leaving the house exposed during rain after telling me from the beginning that nothing would be left exposed over night.They left a lot of incomplete work, they left 1 to 2 inch gaps under all 8 windows in my house THERE IS NO SEAL UNDER THE WINDOWS.The quality of there work is poor and they are very unprofessional, I did give them the opportunity to make it right.They do not return phone calls or text messages. There is a lot more i could have said but i will leave it at this. DON"T HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Job well done! John and James were on time each of the 4 days they were here, and out the door by 4pm each day. They were meticulous about prepping their work area and the clean up afterwards. They were also attentive to my concerns and suggestions, and always respectful and cheerful...nice guys!

Went very good. They gave us an estimate. We scheduled the repair. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. The repairs looked great and we will use them again.

I just had to come on and review Bradford and Son. They have not finished the job yet, but we're so impressed with what they have done so far. We had water damage from a roof leak in three different areas of our home. We had to have a wall replaced in theater room, the ceiling in the master bathroom shower and a area in the garage. We also had to have an area mortar on the roof, which a leak was found was the wall was removed. From the very beginning Mr.Bradford and his crew(2 man) were very informant on what and how they would be conducting the jobs.Mr. Bradford assured us that custom satisfaction was high priority and I can truly say they have set the standard! They took care to cover the floors and seal off the rooms which would be repaired, making sure no dust or smell would escape to the other parts of the house, awesome. Due to us having roof problems this was a two part repair. Mr Bradford and his crew was very gracious at working with us while the roof repair guy did his repairs allowing time to check the roof for existing leaks. A leak was found in the stone of the home which required us to get a brick mason but Mr. Bradford stated he and his crew would take a look at it. They not only looked at it they repaired it, and I say that because they were not hired for that. But again they went over and beyond what was asked of them and we were very gracious! We can't thank them enough, for a job well done and stress free this far. The garage ceiling is perfect can't tell that it was ever repaired. All other repairs are coming along well.These guys work like a hand in glove and professionalism ranks an all time high! If you want someone that treats your home like their home this is the company to use! The job is almost finished, will come back and do a final review.

We could not have been more pleased with the job performed by this company. They did excellent work at a reasonable and fair price. John, James and Rudy showed up right on time every morning and worked steadily all day. It was a rather extensive job and was completed as promised within 5 days. Each day the site was cleaned and everything put away before they left. It was a pleasure having them around and we would certainly recommend John Bradford Painting and Remodeling to anyone.

We had a roof leak that had required cutting out sheetrock, removing chair rail & baseboards. Mr Bradford replaced Sheetrock on wall & ceiling, textured & painted plus restored chair rail & baseboard that was damaged by Servpro that is no longer available! Excellent job, on time, extra effort w damaged trim! Our daughter is getting ready to use Mr Bradford.

The work done by them was absolutely phenomenal. They were on time every morning and worked very professionally. They always cleaned up their mess so it never got dirty. It was very easy to get in contact with them and they were very knowledgeable and able to answer questions. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to get the work done. The floors came out great and the paint as well. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for kitchen remodel and cabinet painting as well as any other remodel endeavors.

It went really well. They were punctual, responsive and on time for projects. They offered to come back and touch up certain areas that were missed and did so on a timely basis. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend!

John and James were the best roll of the dice descision I've made in a long time. I logged into Angies list and found John. Within hours, he was at my property to give a quote for what I needed done, which I found to be very reasonable. I found John and James to be honest, punctual, hard working and more than capable to deliver an A+ service on the multitude of requests I had. They were a 'one stop shop' for me and I can't recommend them enough. Well done guys.

The guys arrived and started working immediately. While John and I walked through the areas, his crew brought in plastic and tarps. They moved furniture and protected everything from the paint. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently until a brief break for lunch. After the painting was through, the guys cleaned up, replaced all the vents and moved the furniture back in place. They finished the entire job early. It looks great!

John and his crew were amazing! They did a great job painting the interior of my house including almost every wall and the ceilings. John returned my original call very quickly and set up the job sooner than I expected, which was great. They worked quickly, were very personable, and my house looks amazing. I'd recommend John to any one and will gladly have him back for any additional painting work I need done.

I have zero complaints. The quality of the work was perfect. The professionalism was high. Mr. Bradford and his team always do what they say they are going to do. I recommend his company without reservation. It's such a breath of fresh air to work with a great service provider after working with so many groups who have forgotten what great service is (or maybe they stopped caring - I don't know). But Mr. Bradford and his team are a cut above.

Crew was very professional and efficient! The walls look perfect and no mess left at all. They were able to complete the entire job in one day so we experienced no inconvenience. They were extremely courteous and friendly. We will definitely use this company in the future.

I made an appointment with John by phone for an estimate - I waited but he was a no call, no show. I texted him to ask if we were still on and he replied that he was out shopping with his wife and would send me an estimate the next day by email based on photos I had sent him. No email ever arrived. If he did not want this job I would have appreciated being told up front instead of wasting time texting him and waiting for him to show. And having to post this review!

Mr. Bradford is absolutely the best painter. He is professional, prompt and efficient. I added to the original job and he completed everything in a timely manner. He covered the garage floor and hung plastic all around then took the doors into the garage to paint, set up fans to dry them and then rehung them. He painted the trim in the master bath and it looks so polished and new. I had several places on the ceiling where condensation had leaked from the air conditioner. He kiltzed and painted them, it matches perfectly with the rest of the ceiling.
