Whatever you do, don't EVER contact America's Best Vacuum Service in Azle, Texas. They DON'T keep their appointments and they DON'T return their calls. They're more than just unreliable, they CAN'T be trusted! On my first call, Friday the 29th of January, I spoke with Nancy to make an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. She said that they were booked throughout Monday, so we agreed to Tuesday the 2nd of February from 2 -to- 5 pm. They didn't show, nor did they call me. But, I called, numerous times, and began calling at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon and they never answered any call. The next day, Nancy apologized, said their truck broke down and they would be at my house Thursday the 4th. AGAIN, they failed to honor our appointment, nor did they return my calls. SORRY LOW-LIFE company! My sewer system remains backed-up! Nancy is dishonest and cannot keep her word! Been two weeks since I could use my shower and toilets!
