Airplex was referred to me by another company on Angie's List, as they were outside of my service area. I spoke with the owner, and he sent someone out right away. Another company had been out the day before and tried to rip me off, so I was a bit spooked. But his technician made us feel at ease right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back to cool in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed that I asked him to perform summer service on both units. I would absolutely call these guys again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman from Airplex comes out every six months. We’ve used them for 7 years now. They are a small company. When we first bought the house, it came with an insurance policy. When the earlier air conditioning unit had gone out, the insurance company gave us a list of air conditioning companies that we could call. We just happened to call Airplex. Jeremy is the owner of Airplex. He started out alone and now he has 3-4 employees. We also use them in our workplace; we had switched to them from an earlier company. They are very reliable. We don’t have any problems with them coming out, while we are out. If the gentleman comes out when there is nothing wrong with the units, he will go ahead and put some Freon in. Once, he even put in more insulation around the unit, which is in the attic, even though we didn’t ask him to. He didn’t charge us for it. Airplex has good and honest people.
