I was very pleased with their service

The 2 ladies came to clean. The job was not very good. Not all the areas were clean.

I hadn't had my house professionally cleaned in a couple of months. My house is generally clean, but they did a great job. I will hire them again.

They did a good job. We were pleased with it. They got here when they said they would. They were here on time.

I gave them a B on quality because I had to contact them for a couple of significant oversights. That said, because of their quick and acceptable response, I gave them an overall rating of A. I will use them again.

The team showed up on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the house for the showing. Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom counters, sweeping and moping the floors, vacuuming the carpet. Overall cleaning the bathroom.

For punctuality, we have used them a couple of times and they have been very good.

When they show up, they do a good job. They have been no-shows on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 months. On another occasion they showed up at 6:00 pm when they were supposed to be there at 9:00 a.m. After the no-show yesterday, I sent an email to Gabriel and have yet to receive a reply. The price is good, the crew adequate, but if I ran my business like this I would not be in business very long.

The service went on very well and I have used them like them like three times. They are very thorough and I would use this service again in the future.

Provider arrived on time and did great work

Awesome. A huge crew came and cleaned my 3600 sq ft house amazingly. I've used this company three times now. They always offer reasonable coupons and do a superior job.

Excellent! They did a superiror job. I had one minor issue, but upon contacting them, they handled it promptly. I was 100% satisfied and would highly recommend.

The first time I used this provider they were cleaning in the middle of a major remodel--and they were amazing. Four or five ladies showed up and worked and worked and worked--they cleaned the top of the kitchen cabinets and the fans and window sills--it was fantastic. They were so impressive that both my interior designer and the general contractor who came by when they were working have hired them for similar work. I think that the cost was $225. A few months later I asked them to start a bi-weekly program but since it had been some time, they charged me $190 for the initial cleaning. Three, maybe four ladies showed up on time and started working; they were very good but did some annoying things--I have many oriental rugs--they rolled them up and just left some rolled up; for reasons I can't understand they moved things from one room to another--like taking bath towels from the bathroom and leaving them in the office. And they broke the blinds in one window and didn't say anything (I know that moving so fast sometimes cleaning people do break things and I suspect it would have broken over time--but they should have said something). Unlike the first time, they used my garbage bags. I did email the manager and told him about the things that had bothered me--and asked that the ladies be instructed better for the next visit. For the third visit I was charged $120; two ladies showed up a little early and started working. When they left I found that many places had not been dusted at all, that they had taken off the covers on the decorator pillows (clearly they did not understand the concept), done a very cursory job in cleaning the stove and the bathroom counters--and after they left I realized that they had not cleaned the outside of the toilet in the master but had hidden it with the bathroom rug (so they either had not moved the rug to clean or moved it and ignored the obvious mess at the base of the toilet). That was it for me. I told them I would not be using their services again (I sent a picture of the dirty toilet)--they offered to come over and re-clean but I refused. I would hire these people in a heartbeat for a deep and expensive cleaning--moving in or out, for a rent house, after a major remodel. I think they may not send the A team for "regular" cleaning.

It went well. They ladies worked quickly.

We scheduled an appointment a week in advance. We had my mother drive 1.5 hours from San Antonio to be at the house since this was our first time working with them. We called the day before and left a message to confirm the appointment and time. They are now an hour late with no phone call and won't answer their lines. Update: They did indeed show up 2 hours late with no call, the response from the owner is blatantly false. So points for not completely bailing. They thought they were there to clean a house, not at all prepared for garage cleaning/org. They did a poor job. I went through the trash bags afterwards and pulled out new items still in packaging, craftsman screwdrivers, attachments for our Kirby vacuum.... And that was with my mom out there working with them. They did strange things like opening Tupperware in which we had an expensive bike computer stored, dumping a the tiny pieces out among the other stuff to be lost, and throwing the Tupperware away... Why? It was sort of the opposite of what we wanted. There was no real value to the service and had I not gone through the trash I would have lost some important stuff.

We wanted professionals to come clean the house before a party. We set up a date and time, but the crew arrived a few hours late. Gabriel took full responsibility for a communication mixup and was quite apologetic. The time worked out fine. The work was terrific. Everything was well done, especially the bathtubs and kitchen cabinets. It's been a while since the cabinets were cleaned that well. We will definitely use Xtra Maid again.

We don't often splurge with professional cleaning. We have paid a great deal more in the past and been disappointed. This company provides the best, deepest cleaning that we have ever received. Our house literally seems to sparkle when they are done. I can't believe the attention to detail - and Gabriel is incredibly responsive. If we ever feel that regular cleaning service is in our budget, we wouldn't consider any company but them. Highly, highly recommend!!

The company is great - I had forgotten that I had scheduled a cleaning. Gabriel was really understanding and we scheduled another day. There were 4 ladies that came to clean. They did a fabulous job. In fact, I have set a regular schedule with xtra maid since I love having a clean house but hate to clean. My house is somewhat a mess with 2 kids and after they left it was spotless. They put up items that got in their way.

They did a good job cleaning. When they were finished cleaning, they abruptly left without doing any kind of walk through to see if everything was done OK. My wife found that in 1 of the bathrooms, one of the lights above the mirrow was broken with glass still sticking out. It is a minor thing, but I would have expected that they would have let us now that they broke a light bulb. Rating B for quality and professionalism as a result.

They were prompt, went right to work and were very efficient and quick but still very through. I have a 2400 sq. house and they cleaned and scrubbed both baths and Kitchen very well. Also scrub the cabinet doors in the kitchen and baths as well. They dusted everything. They didn't miss a surface, this would mean more if you saw the book shelves and what not shelf's in my house. Very good work!

Fantastic service. Called immediately upon reservation and reconfirmed. Arrived on time and left my house better than I could have imagined. The floors were beautifully clean and my counters actually sparkle. I will definitely use this service again. I even discovered that my oven was cleaned! Great happy surprise.
