Love them! Very detail oriented!

They showed up right on time and tore through the garage like a couple of Tasmanian devils. They were so quick, hardworking and organized. Great job for $99. Don't expect them to actually organize your garage, more of a stack things and really clean it type of thing. But all in all, a great deal for the amount and quality of work.

The ladies were here prior to scheduled time but that was no problem. The did a thorough job in cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, ceiling fans & light fixtures, and the floors were vacuumed then mopped. The ladies were very professional & courteous. I have used them before & plan to use them again.

They did an outstanding job; don't hesitate to call Xtra Maid service as Mr. DeLeon is excellent at customer service. He came to the house for a preview, made sure that the service was of high standards and follow through with me to make sure I was satisfied. The define great customer service; pick up the phone now and call them. I did and I am glad.

Everything was great! It was easy to schedule a time that was convenient for me, they showed up on time, and cleaned more than I expected they could get done in 3 hours each. (I used them for a rental make ready)

Turned up at 8.30 am (bang on time) ! Very nice smiles and happy ladies! Thorough clean included absolutely everything ! Moved all obstacles to clean behind them! Cleaned inside fridge/freezer/oven! Superb job done by lunchtime !!!

My garage was completely cluttered and a disorganized mess and they were able to get it in complete order in just a few hours. I was amazed and highly recommend them.

They put too much soap on the tile floors, and they were gummy and sticky; I had to re-mop them several times to feel smooth.

Xtra Maid service did a great job and exceeded my expectations. It looked like we had never lived there. It looks like they did not clean the baseboards, but they did get the ceiling fans and air returns. We had issues when moving out, so they allowed us to change our date 4+ times. They were very responsive using Angie's list messaging system. Would definitely recomend them.

That was awful. I would never ever ever ever never use them again. No additional costs. They did use my vacuum cleaner when they said they wouldn't use any of our equipment. I particularly didn't want him to because I have misplaced a couple really expensive rings and I might have vacuumed them up. Low and behold they were using mine and theirs. Normally I wouldn't be concerned but that was the only concern of mine was about them using my equipment but they did and they emptied it. They were late by like a couple of hours. Then they finally did call and say that they were going to be late. Nobody spoke English. It was suppose to be for two people and all of a sudden it was one by one all of a sudden and it was four people and our poor little dog was like how many are there. They just did a really sloppy sloppy job.

It went well. Different from service I have received in past with 2 people. Not sure wood floors were cleaned with wood floor cleaner and not water. The ladies were efficient and seemed to work well together. Did not waste time.

I purchased a 6 hour deal. 3 ladies showed up on time (early actually) for the appointment and completed the job in 2 hours. They were prompt and efficient. In the kitchen, they cleaned the microwave and stove top. I have wood floors throughout my house and they cleaned all those and did a good job in my bathrooms, especially a bathtub (cleaned much better than I can). This is the second time I used this company. They were very prompt in contacting me when I first purchased the deal. I set the appointment for 2:00 a few weeks later and the owner Gabriel said they would arrive around that time. I called the day before to get a better idea of when they would arrive and Gabriel said I would receive a phone call 1-1 1/2 hours before the appointment and I didn't hear from them. When I arrived home at 1:30, they were waiting in my driveway. They did a very good job. The first time I used them, I was extremely impressed with the quality cleaning of my wood blinds especialy. This time, I don't think they cleaned them and this is the only reason I rate them a "B" on quality. I would absolutely use them again.

Since purchasing the Angie's List deal 3 times, I have kept an on-going schedule with X-tra Maid. They speak little English, so occasionally we have some communication problems, but any difficulties we have had have been quickly resolved in email between the owner and me. He uses translation services to communicate in writing very efficiently. The women who clean are good about re-doing anything I might point out that they missed, and they have worked over a few times if we had an upcoming event or house guest. Sometimes the cleaning ladies changed their arrival times, and that caused a bit of inconvenience. But, now, the owner emails me if/when the schedule needs to change, so I can prepare properly. Overall, I have been and continue to be happy with the service.

I think I forgot how nice it is to have my house THIS clean!!! The 2 ladies showed up within the time frame that was scheduled, they came right in and surveyed the house and went right to work. There was little need for my input. So I just kept working from home as usual. After about 2 1/2 hours, I went to look at their job and had a great feeling of satisfaction. Took a deep breath and could smell the "clean" in the air. I look forward to scheduling their services on a regular basis.

Firstly, our house hasn't been this clean in a long time, so they did a great job in the end. That said, there were some issues which earned them a C in professionalism. Initially I scheduled the cleaning for Friday. However, we had a conflict so I contacted them and moved the cleaning to Saturday afternoon several days in advance. Needless to say, we had people knocking on our door on Friday at 7:50AM in the morning.They certainly could do a better job communicating schedule changes to their crews.

I purchased a Big Deal for $125 for 6 hours of housecleaning. They missed the appointment and will not return my calls or emails.

Very courteous and professional. I worked from home that day, and they cleaned around my schedule. They were in the house for a little over four hours and did a great job. Even took every book off the shelf to dust it.
