Two women arrived 40 minutes late, but that was OK. They cleaned to my satisfaction very well. I have wood floors and they were willing to use Bona products that I provided. I will call Xtra Maid again.

The cleaning crew arrived a bit earlier than the estimate that I had been given, but that was not a problem as I was home. Alma and Rita were courteous, and attentive to my requests. I was glad that one of them spoke English fluently, as my Spanish would not have been enough to provide adequate instructions. Fortunately also, my husband is a native Spanish speaker, so we had no difficulties. I would recommend that Xtra Maid make sure that customers will be able to communicate with the staff who are sent out, prior to their arrival. Alma and Rita worked very efficiently and did a very thorough job throughout. For the entire time they were there (4 hours), they did not even take a break, and worked tirelessly. I was very happy with the end result, and would hire them again.

They did not turn up at the scheduled 8AM, and did not respond to calls or emails till 11AM, when I was told that the cleaners had turned up at time, but that they were turned away by the security guards due to lack of a valid drivers license ( which I had told them was necessary ). When I gave them a chance to reschedule with a different crew they refused. Failure to communicate in a timely manner, keeping us waiting for hours and dispatching workers with no valid drivers license are bad company practices that I can only give a bottom score.

Overall they did a good job. I would have preferred a more thorough cleaning considering the time available and the time spent cleaning.

They will not return my phone calls. At this point, even if they did, I would not hire them. I have called them once a day for nearly three weeks as well as emailed them.

You name it they did it. They knew how to clean a home and got right to it. Arrived on time, were very friendly and took care of our cleaning needs. We were very pleased! Attention to detail meant alot.

two workers from the company showed up and did an excellent job - a very thorough cleaning of the unit, from bathrooms to kitchen to bedroom. Very satisfied with the quality of service.

I called Gabriel when they arrived at the wrong time. He was very responsive. They had to come back and redo the tile floors. One worker had a bad attitude. Gabriel was very responsive and gave me a free cleaning due to the foul ups. I have used them again for the free cleaning and have scheduled future cleanings. See that review.

This was one of the best teams I have had. The 2 ladies worked out the way they were going to clean. The taller lady did all of the higher type work and the shorter lady did the cleaning of bathrooms and floors. Both did floors. They were calm and interacted well together. They were here for 3 hours. My home was awesome. They cleaned very well. I recommended to Gabriel that he put these two women together often. The smaller lady had been here with the group of 3. I felt she was mistreated by one of the woman of the 3. She was happier and very meticulous. They both paid attention to detail and I was so happy with how my home looked and smelled after they left. I would recommend this service to anyone. Gabriel is very professional and responsive with questions and concerns.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. We have had them several times and always do a great job.

I cannot give them adequate praise - my house is immaculate, from floors to ceilings. In fact, my home has NEVER been this clean. The team did EVERYTHING - changed linens, ceiling fans, lamps, light fixtures, base boards, vacuum (including behind and under large furniture which was obviously moved), mopping, dusting, scrubbing, polishing. The even vacuumed our dog's bed AND washing our small trash cans (inside and out). They were able to remove stains in our shower that I have given up on! They vacuumed the insides of every closet! My husband and I discussed it last night after we viewed our home, and we will undoubtedly be using this team again for a seasonal deep clean. It was SUCH a pleasure to be in my home last night - they saw to each and every detail. I have already referred two friends to this service, and I will be using them again, and again. Thank you Xtra Maid for such a positive experience - you deserve all the credit for a job well done!

They showed up early and worked efficiently. They got through the whole house without cutting any corners. Definitely one of the better cleaning jobs I've experienced. The only negative was that they literally did not talk to me at all. They walked in the door and straight upstairs. They didn't ask if there was anything specific that I wanted to be done but since they hit everything required, it wasn't an issue.

They never showed up for their scheduled day!!! Would not recommend such an unreliable company

The owner was easy to talk to and worked to get all necessary details before the day of service. They were about 20 minutes late, but I have no complaint because they stayed and gave me quality service for the full time I had purchased. They cleaned everything and everywhere. I most appreciated that they took the time to notice things that were smudged, dusty and or dirty and made sure it was cleaned. That may not seem like a big deal but I have used many services where the team just went down a list and ignored anything not on the list. I will say that there were a couple of things not done perfectly. There were smudges on the counter where a spill was smeared and not scrubbed off, and the vacuum they brought did not work well on my long hair, but it was clear that the counters were wiped down and the rugs were vacuumed. Overall an excellent experience.

It was okay. I was a little surprised. It was six hours of cleaning between two people. They were only here for an hour and a half. I probably wouldn't hire them again. Communication was difficult.

The ladies did a good job cleaning my house. Used my non-toxic products, like I asked them to. Overall good experience. I am going to try to book them again.

The cleaning team was on time, courtesy, professional and efficient. They came in and within seconds started working, sweeping walls & ceiling and immediately divided up tasks within the team to knock out cleaning the entire house. They even swept my neck deck and front patio/ sidewalk. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

First time I tried to schedule the housecleaning, they never showed up due to a vehicle accident, they said. I rescheduled it for a couple months later and they didn't show up again. This time they forgot. I cancelled this deal and asked for a refund which they sent within a week. They were polite and apologetic. They had cleaned for me once before last year and it was fine, but with them not showing up two out of three times, I will never use them again because they can't be relied upon, in my opinion. When they did show up, I had no complaints.

I am very satisfied with this service. The cleaning crew showed up 2+ hours earlier than the time window I was told, which ended up working out fine for me. But I can see how that would be an issue for someone with a more stringent schedule. They immediately got right to work, and did a great job including baseboards, behind and underneath furniture, all the nooks and crannies. Three cleaners knocked out my 640 sq. ft. condo in an hour and a half, and everything was spotless. Great deal.

They came and cleaned and washed the floors they look better than I ever saw them look. The whole house shines. The ladies worked their magic! So appreciate them.

They were very professional. They arrived on time. They went straight to work and did a beautiful job! My husband was antsy at first (a common trait for all husbands, I understand), but he was really pleased with the work that was done and even said we should do this about 4 times a year! They made our bed, dusted my hope chest (after moving everything off of it), then neatly replaced everything. They even emptied my bookshelf, dusted it, and then organized everything that was in it! THAT blew me away as I knew that was a BIG job in and of itself! I would TOTALLY recommend this business. I was really pleased with the work done. I will definitely use this business again!
