I had trouble scheduling. Timeslots were very limited. When I was offered some time slots, I responded within a day as requested, but the time slot was already gone and had to start over. When the maids came, they did not speak much english. So certain things weren't done. Floors weren't mopped and that was a big request. Kitchen counters were lightly wiped down but still had food residue. Good dusting of ceiling fans and ceilings that I specifically requested were hit or miss in different rooms. Overall, not a good performance for six hours of cleaning on a 1,900 sqft home.

I've used them a few times in the past and they always arrive on time and do a good job. They're in and out without missing a thing. It's a good deal.

Two cleaners were sent for the job. They arrived about an hour and a half late due to traffic issues in Austin that day. I would have liked a call notifying me of that but instead I found out when I called to find their status when they did not show up at the scheduled time. My time was flexible so it was no big deal in the long run. When they arrived neither of the girls spoke English so communication was difficult. Fortunately, they did an AWESOME job all around so the communication barrier end up not being a problem. So besides a couple of nuisances, I was very pleased with the services.

Everything was great, except for the the kitchen. Wish I had some pictures, but some of the marks/stains on the stainless steel appliances and microwave glass were not addressed, they probably didn't have the right solution but a little Clorox and Bar Keepers Friend later solved most of them after 10 mins of scrubbing and polishing..

They did a great job. The only issue was a language barrier. Difficult to communicate with them as they did not speak any English.

I was very satisfied with the two girls cleaning.

It was okay. The ladies couldn't speak English and they showed up late. They did fine once they were there. They didn't show up on time and this made me very nervous. This speak English, even though you had a problem the people who were at your house I couldn't communicate with. I heard them call the office and I tried to explain to the office and I heard like they said it was traffic and I'm like I don't think so, I've lived in this area for 29 years. There wasn't unusual amount of traffic that would keep you. It's seems like they expected too much from these women. It was not the women's fault and I felt like the office was blaming it and they gave me this excuse that it was traffic and if it was I would have expected a phone call. But the owner did say that he would give me another housecleaning, but of course I sold the house, so it didn't really work for me.

Two workers arrived on time and worked industriously until the whole house was thoroughly cleaned. They did an excellent job, and this deal was definitely worth every penny!

Xtra Maid did a super job cleaning my empty house. They arrived when scheduled and cleaned it exceptionally in a matter of a few hours; Found items in my cabinets I forgot when moving out. Exceptional is all I can say & would definitely use for all my future professional cleaning needs:-)

Not much to tell, we'd already moved out so it was an empty home that just needed cleaning before the new home owners moved in.

The ladies arrived earlier than expected, which was OK with us, and got to work right away. They did not pause for a minute for the entire time there were at our house. By the time they were done, the house was squeaky clean, sparkly, and smelled fantastic. They did everything imaginable from dusting the blinds and fans to cleaning the shower glass doors and mirrors, even made all the beds and rearranged some of the furniture pieces the way we liked it way more than before. The results exceeded any and all of my expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The house was completely empty so it was easy to access the surfaces and floor. The husband / wife team arrived 30 minutes late. They said they did cleaning that had not been done. For example, I asked for every shelf in the kitchen be wiped down. I was told they had been wiped, but when I inspected the drawers there were crumbs and dirt. They only brought one spray cleaner and floor cleaner. For the majority if the work, they used a dry cloth and wiped surfaces within easy reach while standing. The person cleaning the floor cleaned into a corner then had to walk over the cleaned surface to exit room. The bathtub was not scrubbed (only wiped) until I provided a brush. I asked that every door be wiped down by the handles. They cleaned the one door closest when I made the request and then did not wipe any other doors. I was very disappointed with the quality of work and ended up cleaning my entire house myself. I called the main phone line at least three times, .left a message and never got a return call.

I was surprised that they cleaned lots of stuff I would never think about cleaning--like above my cabinets, above the ceiling fan blades, etc. They were great. I'm hoping to use them again.

This was the only company that we could get last minute on a Saturday.

There were 2 cleaning ladies that came at 11:00 am. They were done at around 2:30 pm. The house as always looks amazing afterwards. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future as long as the quality of work continues.

Over the summer I had my normal house keeper quit and thought I tried to keep up with everything when I went back to work at the beginning of the school year my home was total chaos. Today I came home to the most wonderfully smelling clean house! I was beyond impressed (especially because when I left today things were still very chaotic) I paid for a 1 time 6 hours service but I am going to use them as my regular service from now on! Amazing!

First of all, the company was very responsive to all of my emails and questions. Then, the ladies showed up on time and worked very hard. The house was gorgeous when they were finished. We had just had the walls painted, and the house looked stunning after the cleaning. We breathed a sigh of relief about handing the house over to a new renter. I would definitely hire them again. The only draw back for some might be that the women don't speak english, but that didn't inhibit them from doing a fantastic job. They were very sweet, punctual, and thorough.

XTRA Maids has cleaned our home twice now and have done a great job every time they've come. They always arrive within the scheduled window and complete the agreed upon services with professionalism. We would recommend them.

I bought 2 specials because I have an apartment next to my house. That gave me 12 hs of cleaning. 4 people came, they all started in the apartment and spent almost 2 hours. It is only about 800 sq ft. I finially asked them to wrap it up and come to the house which is 1800 sq ft. No one spoke English, so there was a lot of hand questers. Once in the house I had to try to direct them as to what I wanted done. Again no English. I feel there should be at least one person on a team that speaks English. What they did do was very good, but in the end I did not get all I wanted done due to the lack of communication. The company was very accommodating. We even had a problem on the appointment day. It was both our faults. But they were very good about it.

Excellent. Bathrooms, bedrooms, vacuuming, kitchen, and everything in between.

Their commitment to complete the job was awesome. The cleaning staff was in a car accident on the way to our house. They were hit by another car and one of the staff was hurt and taken to the hospital. They put together a new crew who came in the late afternoon to clean everything that night because I was having out of town guest for the weekend. Great Service!

I've had other cleaning services in to clean my house, but never felt like they had cleaned it as well as I would have cleaned it myself. The Xtra Maid ladies actually cleaned more thoroughly that I would have! Given my germanic heritage, that's saying something. I think the way they communicate best is by e-mail. After I e-mailed, Gabriel contacted me by e-mail to get more specifics about my home and then provided a really reasonable price for the cleaning. The ladies came a little early to the appointment. My only 'concern" was that I was not contacted about what time they would arrive and I had to e-mail and ask that question. The cleaning was great and accomplished in good time. Neither of the Latinas who cleaned the house spoke much if any English, but that didn't seem to matter since they really knew what they were doing and did a great job. I will definitely use them again, and when financially feasible will contract with them to clean my house regularly.

I have a large area so for the 6 hour coupon I'd bought - it just wasn't enough time for 2 ladies at 3 hours. The ladies were efficient. After they'd left, I went over the areas, and yes, a few things were missed - mirrors, etc. I might use them again and certainly if I hired for regular service, I would have pointed out the missed areas; as it was, I was happy for the end of summer cleaning.

Read the fine print before you buy the product. I thought I would get 6 actual hours of cleaning at my own schedule. Not like that. Ask first

Arrived promtly and cleaned my house very well. I would recommend them to anyone.
