I've used them in the past several times. They always show up on time and cover a lot of territory fairly quickly. They're courteous and responsive. Always happy to use them.

The different crews have been consistently good, but that first job was definitely the best. We're very particular, and haven't been super pleased with any maid service we've had in the last 3 years, but Xtra Maids is among the better ones. All of them need to be more consistent and thorough in dusting ceiling fans, baseboards, sills, door frames and light fixtures.

We had a confirmed date and time and then a couple days ahead of time, they said they couldn't do that date - I had a guest coming in for that weekend and had planned on this - not sure what they had to do to accommodate but they did. Yea!!!!! The team of 2 women showed up right on time and immediately took a look and got to work my biggest problem was trying to stay out of their way - also had a plumber in to fix a toilet leak in guest bathroom at same time. They did a great job, moved things out from walls, etc. - all the things I haven't done in a long time!! I will definitely use them again!

Service was excellent and very thorough. There were a few issues on the day, the largest being communication, as none of the cleaners spoke or understood English, which made it difficult to explain some things I wanted done. I had arranged a specific start time with the company, as I needed to get the dog out of the house before they came, but they arrived half an hour early, which made the issue with the dog become stressful and a problem when it didn't need to be. The only other thing I would be careful about is checking what is thrown away, as I found some brand new make up, a wooden sign that had fallen on the floor from a dresser (not trash but was on the floor) and my daughter's retainer! (which is why I was looking through the trash I the first place) all in the trash bag they left behind. The cleaning standard itself was excellent, but communication was a problem and there were several things thrown away that were clearly not trash.

I am not a person who writes negative reviews. I do not like writing negative reviews, especially when it is a review on work a person is doing and not a product. The two women who came to clean my home were very nice, but they worked very slowly. The amount of cleaning that the two people did in 4 hours was roughly equivalent to what I've seen a single cleaner do in 2-3 hours. My regular house cleaner had moved and it had been a couple of months since someone had come to clean, so I did expect it to take a little longer, but I was very disappointed when they left. The work they did was done well, but not so well to justify the amount of time spent. Also, they put a plastic cutting board in our oven along with all of our baking sheets. I'm not sure why they did this, but we didn't discover it until we were warming up the oven and smelled the melted plastic. Overall, they weren't horrible - and maybe they were just having an off day - but I won't hire them again.

The tenants that moved out of this apartment left food and smudges all over the walls and the cleaning team got every spot sparkling clean.

The team of two did an amazing job. First, they arrived 15 minutes early on Saturday morning and they were ready to go with all equipment and cleaners needed. Everything sparkled when they finished and their attention to detail was outstanding. We purchased the whole house cleaning and it was exactly that. I could not have been happier and would certainly recommend them. My only issue has been receipt of an invoice. I have called twice to receive a copy and have yet to receive any response back. That being said, all other set up of the appointment and execution of the work were timely and professional.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, were pleasant, worked until the job was complete. I had lots of stuff to clean, since we had just returned from a long vacation. They took the time needed and no complaints. I'm very happy with the end result. I will definitely hire them again.

Three women came to my condo with all kinds of tools and cleaning supplies and cleaned the place from top to bottom.

The two women arrived on time and went straight to work. They were organized and efficient, and did a good job.

Very disappointed! I purchased this coupon and scheduled a housecleaning the week before I had a baby so that my house would be nice and sparkling for when we come home from the hospital. After I purchased the coupon, I emailed the company to make sure that they could do a nice deep clean in the time I purchased - I even offered to buy more time if they needed extra time to do a good job (my house is pretty small and we keep it neat, it really just needed the detail work done that I hadn't been able to manage for the last few months of my pregnancy). The person I was emailing with said they should be able to do the whole house in 8 hours. Got home to find a very average cleaning (at best). It feels like the bare minimum was done to say that the house was cleaned. A few stand out things: Hairs on the tile bathroom walls Bathroom floor clearly only cleaned in the main area - corners have hair/debris still in them Shelf in bathroom not cleaned at all Picture frames not dusted - shelf only dusted on very ends but not entire shelf (and it was VERY dusty) Dresser not dusted Spider webs still in corners of bedroom Garbage and wall dust from hanging of shelves still on floor in babies room Pretty clearly did not move books at all, just dusted around them Kitchen floor only clean in main area - again, did not do anything at all with corners Dead gnats in window sill I don't know if I'm being overly picky since normally I do not spend the money to have my house cleaned, but I was really hoping that I could rest easy and not worry about my house before baby comes. Now I'm going to have to go through and finish cleaning up after the maid service. Very disappointing!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! Gabriel was so accommodating. I had to cancel on them last minute because my flooring guys weren't finished with their work, and they didn't inform me. Gabriel was able to reschedule within days, and didn't charge me for the cancellation. They always do quality and efficient work. I have used them before and have never been disappointed.

I held off using this deal for several months which meant my house really needed a good going over by the time I contacted them to schedule. Gabriel was prompt to my request for available days and they confirmed a couple days before. Two cleaners arrived on time and got to work straight away. They don't dilly dally. I was very impressed by how detailed they are in pulling things away from the wall and getting behind things. Every little knick knack, picture frame and piece of furniture in the house was thoroughly dusted and placed back...there were some minor rearrangements but they made sense so I kept them that way. They cleaned the stove and refrigerator completely (even on top). They spent considerable time on the floors getting into corners and vacuuming and fluffing my thick area rug. My house is 2800 SF with 4 bedrooms and a loft. They arrived at 8:00 and were done by 2:00 without any breaks. I was happy to tip them nicely because of the excellent job they did.

The reason I gave excellent in my overall review was because of how a possible bad experience was turned into an excellent experience. The home was completely vacant and we were asking for a deep clean of all surfaces, refrigerator, oven, ect... before we moved in that week. The first crew that showed up did very little and spent very little time according to neighbor. There was not even a clean smell in the house which as never happened after a professional cleaning. I called up Gabriel and let him know. He had a new crew out the next day that did a phenomenal job, very detailed, so nice and the house looked and smelt clean. We were very happy about the quick response and that Gabriel was on top of making the situation right.

I felt very comfortable with the service both ladies provided, although our communication was limited--my Spanish is thin, and their English was non-existent. But they knew exactly what to do, and exactly how to do it, so my instructions were not even necessary. Very pleasant, professional helpers.
