We used them a few times and initially they were good. The problem is one time they used something on our wood floors that ruined the finish. Whatever they put on our floor bubbled up and stripped the finish leaving the floors dull. Gabriel came out to look at the floors and even sent some people here to get quotes on fixing it. Then, he just stopped responding. I've left messages that are apparently just ignored.

All in all it worked out fine. There was a big snafu, one of their maids broke something but the owner took care of it 100%. The biggest thing was that they promised they would show up at a certain time and we scheduled our day around that and they were quite, quite late to the point that we had to reappoint them.

It was good and bad. It was good because the price was really cheap. But then, when I moved out, the landlord pointed out that there was some scuff that was not cleaned, on the stove. So, I was charged $50 for that. But, other than that, they did a good job. They came out on time. They didn't charge anything extra. They first came out to see if I could use that coupon or not. So, they came out and saw the apartment and said that they could clean with that coupon. They did a good job. But, just missed some parts. If they could take care of everything, it would be good.

everything was great. only problem was ad said 8 hours housecleaning for $161 and that you could split it into 2 different days but when I asked to have it split into 2 daYS provider said that wasnt allowed. But I will definitely use again-- how do I book them again with Angie or with provider?

Since, we have used them before, we were well pleased with the service as always.

They did an outstanding job. In each room they dusted walls, blinds, and baseboards. They took items out of the closets, cleaned the shelves in the closets, and returned the items to their places. They removed books and nick knacks from bookcases and shelves and dusted everything well. They dusted and cleaned lighting fixtures, mirrors, and glass shelves. They cleaned the inside of the oven, including the racks, until it was like new, all of which had been very dirty. They also did an excellent job on the refrigerator, including lining the shelves with paper towels. The four women spent 4 hours cleaning the house.

Was very excited to have scheduled them. They were to send three workers that Friday between 2-3 per his[ Gabriell] email. At 4:45 three ladies showed up, no apologies or explanation why they were so late. They were to work two hours but coming that late we had already made plans for the evening and was not going to leave strangers in my home. Never got a phone call to say they were going to be late or offer to reschedule. Never have heard from them to this date. I contracted with them because of the good reviews on this site but am very disappointed in their lack of performance and will not use them for any thing else and will advise my neighborhood group also.

They came by once. The lady worked great but my only complain was that, I've purchased three hours but they left like a little over two and a half hour. They didn't finished their time here but they told me that they've finished. They could've used the time left to do something else. They didn't really completely covered the entire house because my house is a big house. They sent 2 people, three hours for two ladies. They were right on time. Actually they were a little to early but that was alright. They came October 20th or so. Their price was pretty good.

Cleaning team arrived later than expected but made up for the time with excellent service. This is a great package and Gabriel responded quickly even though I gave him short notice. The girls were friendly, responsive and thorough. Our oven, microwave, & refrigerator needed cleaning before Thanksgiving but I ran out of time. When I read that this was part of the package that sold me! My house is sparkling clean and ready for Thanksgiving company. Thank you Gabriel and your team. Excellent job!

Two ladies came in on time and worked hard for 3 hours. Bathrooms and kitchen are spotless now. Floors and couches look very clean too. Great job!

The cleaners did a great job. I was very happy with their work. The owner responded very quickly after I purchased the deal. I was able to schedule the cleaning for the dates requested without a problem. I read previous reviews about the cleaners not being able to speak English, so I made sure to give the owner specific instructions on areas to be cleaned that were a priority to me.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned all appliances in the kitchen. Everything looked great after they were done.

Ladies did an outstanding job. My granite countertops were all cleaned as well as wood cabinets throughout the house. All ceiling fans were dusted. My stainless kitchen sink has never been so shiny. All sheets on each bed were washed and dried. Tile floors were swept and mopped. Carpets vacuumed. They use their own products and equipment, which is nice. The cleaning products they use are quality and leave a nice smell. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived later than expected, but did a good job. I would call them again.

I have used this service previously when they did a better job. We had a 6-hour cleaning to prepare for Thanksgiving, and they did not even work on my kitchen, breakfast area and family room and they left. Out of time. I will say that what they did clean, was done very nicely. I simply would have thought there would have been more consideration given to these important areas if time was running short. I was not personally onsite while they worked to prompt them to move along, which was my mistake. I will use this service again, however I will make sure that I am personally there to make sure they use the purchased time wisely.

When this company cleaned our house under a different name, they did an excellent job and exceeded expectations. This time, they didn't even meet the minimum expectation. I had to dust many obvious areas, and a glass light fixture was broken. Overall, they must have been more rushed because there were several missed areas. Gabriel didn't seem to be interested in fixing the problems, but he told us we didn't have to pay. Still, the service and response made me feel uncomfortable using them again, even with the waived payment.

I have used this service multiple times and always have been satisfied. We are often busy or traveling and they come in and help get all the dust and build up taken care of. It's not an easy job, but they always get it done. Friendly, flexible and thorough.

Everything was cleaned by a team of three: ceiling fans, base boards, floors, appliances, and bathrooms.

Came in and it looked great. I don't know a whole lot about what the condition of the house was before, but moving in was great.

Xtra Maid came to my home to do a deep cleaning of my home to include the refrigerator and stove. They also di baseboards and fans. They showed on on time and went right to work. They did and an amazing job in a timely manner and we could no be happier with their services. We loved the job they did so much that we would like to use them on a regular basis!!

First class service. They were clean, friendly, and they worked extremely hard the entire time they were here.
