We had a scheduling issue, but I spoke with the owner who was very accommodating. They did a wonderful job.

The person was scheduled to clean our house. They never called or texted us, and after several attempts to contact them, without success, we decided to find someone else. When they finally showed up three hours late we told them we no longer needed their services.

The kind gentleman who scheduled my service was very helpful. I was really looking forward to finally getting the things done that I cannot do. I did not have them do the bedrooms, but did only one bathroom. The only one who could speak English left right after they arrived. When she got back at lunchtime, she said that she went to the doctor. My husband went out and bought lunch for them as they were very sweet gals. I asked them to just wipe out the oven, as that was all that was needed for that. I provided Liquid Gold and a rag to just wipe the cupboard doors and showed what was to be done. Nothing done. We have only 7 lower doors and those are the ones that needed something done. If this was a regular clean, even that was not good. They need training in how to clean a house. When they left, after checking around, I felt so bad because it did not look like I expected it to look I needed the work done that is no longer possible for me to be doing because of numerous medical conditions. What a disappointment. A few months before I broke my arm and there was little that I could do. I have to use a walker so that limits me on what I can do. The gal that was here the whole time wiped out the fridge and the microwave. This was the first time that I had terrible experience with a cleaning service. It took me a long time to decide to write this as I really feel bad for the people, but friends tell me that I should let you know so others don't have the same experience. This has to be the first bad report that I have ever written for anything.

We had two maids do 4 hours each of cleaning at the same time. We bought the 8 hour package. As always, they are a great service, providing in depth cleaning and a great smell of freshness. They are very good with attention to detail and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

It is very hard to find good housecleaning. They arrived an hour and 20 min late. They also left early, cleaning 2 hrs 40 min when I paid for 3 hours. I started pointing out things I wanted one girl to do. She either ignored me or went and told the other girl (who was actually working) to do this task. Overall I was hoping for a deep cleaning. But I got some light dusting, picking up of baby toys, mopping the large areas (while missing under tables, desks, etc), a few dishes washed. I was hoping for help with laundry but both girls ignored me when asked. After 30 min of trying to point out to one girl what to do and being ignored, I gave up and went to sit outside. One girl was great, she worked hard the whole time, but the other, taller one, fiddled around "working" without really doing anything. She vacuumed lightly, but after they left I still found glass on the floor, red berries from a floral arrangement I had at Christmas (long gone) and the living room rug still had many particles my baby could find and put in his mouth. My goal was to have a clean floor for my crawler to be safe. I even washed the mop for the girls I had and gave it to them instructing that the floors were the most important thing to do. They skipped wiping out any of the fridge and all the tile walls in the bathroom I had requested. I have had better experience with this company at my business and am satisfied there, but I will not use them again for my home.

Although they did not speak fluent English, they were very professional and thorough. The house was spotless by the time they left.

Gabriel's responsiveness to may request on her website was immediate and she provided a quote with minimal details making the transaction entirely painless. Her team worked quickly and efficiently to make my house sparkle and shine. She was really easy to work with on payment (I live in California and was selling my house in Austin), and her pricing was very competitive. Really a delightfully smooth and easy transaction and solid work. I would highly recommend them.

I've used them twice now, my expectations were met, its a good deal at that price. They arrived at about the right time, worked the whole time. There were only a few things here and there they missed, but that was only with very close inspection like underneath furniture, behind shelves, etc... Overall, I was satisfied and the cost was reasonable.

They were non-responsive. They showed up 3 hours late and only stayed 3 hours even though I paid for 6. They would not call me back when I was calling them asking if they were still going to come since they were hours late. They didn't do the job well at all. I had to clean the entire house after them. When I called them to tell them they need to come back out because they did not do a fair job, they never returned my call. I would NOT use them ever again.

They did an excellent job. They went out of their way to serve me.

I was not impressed. They could have been on time and they could have done a better job of cleaning certain items.

Two workers were provided and they arrived on time. These ladies don't wait around to be told what to do; they just get to it. They went through every room dusting, sweeping and mopping. All do-dads were dusted and replaced. They worked very efficiently and seemed to have a definite method to how they moved through the house. Upstairs first, back of the house to the front of the house ... stove, fridge and toaster ovens were also cleaned nicely. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcomes.

I was disappointed. I can clean my own house in 3 hours but really wanted to treat myself to a break with this ...after working months on a huge project with my business. I paid for 6 hours....so 2 women were here for 3 hours. The things they cleaned, they; cleaned well. But they did not clean in the laundry room or the entire downstairs. Some pieces of furniture in the living room still had dust on them. So, for that, I was disappointed. I figured my entire house would be clean with 2 women working. Oh, well. Granted, I paid for 6 hours of cleaning...not a 'whole house cleaning'. But I expected they could do more.

Went great. The ladies did a fantastic job and were very thorough. They only spoke Spanish though which was challenging.

Great! We have used Xtra Maid more than once and have been pleased every time. Great value for the money. Do little extras that mean a lot to make the home seem completely clean.

We just bought a new home and after being empty for 6 months it needed a deep cleaning. I was able to clean and put things away in the beginning but I soon got overwhelmed. Gabriel was easy to contact and he quoted a price for the remaining items that needed to be cleaned. I am very grateful for the 3 ladies that came yesterday. They were here all day cleaning every inch of our 4000 sq foot home. They did a great job. I wish I had their energy. Thanks XtraMaid for a job well done.

You sent two people with no English skills. None!! I speak Swedish, French and English but no Spanish. How do I tell them what I need done? Not to let the cats out? That my two elderly parents live here. How is this possible? Why did you waste my time? If you are only sending people who do not speak English, why was I not asked if I was fluent in Spanish before signing up for this service.

The two ladies did an awesome job and were extremely thorough.

They arrived on time. The team performed cleaning duties effectively and quickly. I believe that they are well trained and really know how to clean. Both of the ladies were polite, professional and good listeners. I was very happy with the result and went ahead and bought another service with them.

We used them again and they were great. They paid attention to detail. They were very good.
