They are really good. They did a really good job. I am really happy with them. They are very quiet. They get their work done and then off they go. It was spring cleaning for me. I just wasn't up to doing it so it was perfect for me. They were very reasonable for everything they did. I don't speak Spanish at all. I can say, 'Hello', 'Goodbye'...a few things like that but that's really it. And I had specifically requested when I applied online for them to come, that they have an English speaker. I am not sure that the lady who was supposed to be the English speaker really was not that proficient. It just kind of left me a bit...because I said that I was going to make the bed myself and they made my bed for me and changed the sheets for me. Just little things like that that I wasn't able to really communicate effectively. That was the problem I had the first time. Again, it is just a matter of communication, other than having a friend come over here who is fluent in Spanish, I don't know any other way to deal with it.

Better than my usual. They even cleaned the base of my electric toothe brush!

They did a fabulous job cleaning. A job well done. They did not require supervision. They were professional and courteous. The supervisor communicated well by phone and by email. I could tell he really made an effort to help me.

A team of three very nice ladies cleaned my home for about 2 hours - 6 labor hours total as promised. They did a great job and Gabriel worked hard to make the scheduling work. Thanks Xtra Maid!

It went fine. I am very frustrated about the fact that the maids don't sweep under beds and they are wood floors. Other than that she was great. I didn't check before she left. We gave her a tip and that was it we didn't pay anything beyond the big deal price. Maybe it is weird that I think that people should sweep under the beds when there are wood floors. I didn't think I had to tell them that, but the last two services I have used haven't done it without me telling them. They didn't do all the expectation for the price so it was high. I would use them in the future only if it was a special.

I called the owner before purchasing (Gabriel, $249) and clarified, I live alone, disabled, no kids, no pets but house needed thorough cleaning especially floors, dusting and bathrooms. Confirmed their statement "Service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items". He said no problem and he would send 3 ladies to clean. Ladies came on time, 3 with cleaning supplies and 1 lady appeared to be supervisor who would not actually be doing any cleaning. Looked around, lots of chatter in Spanish and then Supervisor lady goes outside. Other 33 ladies gather up their bags of supplies, vacuums, brooms, mops etc and go out the front door. Supervisor lady comes in and hands me her phone. Gabriel tells me they won't clean my house because it's dirty and the bathrooms are dirty. I said yes, the house is dirty which is why I paid to have a professional cleaning company to come clean and reminded him his ad says they clean "showers, tubs, toilets". Reminded him we even talked on the phone before I purchased. He said again "we don't clean dirty houses or bathrooms". Asked him did he really expect a peron would pay $249 to have ladies come to clean a clean house. Apparently they only want to come in run a quick vacuum, mop, dust and collect their money. Asked how to get my money back and he told me to call Angie's. Called 888-888 number, explained situation and my complete amazement that a cleaning company would refuse to clean a dirty house and they processed refund.

I was under the impression I was hiring a highly rated housecleaning service based on the other reviews on Angie's List and that I was going to be getting a full housecleaning, not necessarily a deep clean but a good solid full house. I"m really disappointed. I asked the two ladies who showed up to use my natural floor cleaner to clean the floors because I"m 38 weeks pregnant and didn't want to be surrounded by chemical smell - they didn't. I'm assuming now they didn't because neither spoke English well. One I don't think spoke any English. They didn't wipe down my kitchen counters at all, as evidenced by some dust and water marks that were there from this morning. I'm not sure how this is possible but I think our shower basin looks dirtier now than it did before they cleaned my shower. There are marks all over the glass still - it needs to be redone. I specifically asked if they cleaned one of the bathroom floors because it didn't look like it had been and they said it had - I'm 100% sure it wasn't cleaned due to a bit of fuzz and a piece of hair that were there before they arrived and were still there in the same spots after they left. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and this was supposed to have been my lifesaver right now because I'm not able to do a lot of the heavy cleaning or bend over at the moment and I feel like I just threw $150 down the drain. I'm not pleased and will not be using this company again. Granted, I took advantage of an Angie's list deal for this but if this is how they handle their 'deal' customers, shame on them. One of the ladies did ask what I thought when they were ready to leave - at first glance things looked ok but on further closer inspection after they left, not ok at all. What a waste of money this was. I feel like I need to hire another company to come out and re-do everything in order to help me prepare for my baby's arrival.

The two ladies who provided the service just left and I can't wait to write this review. With this being a busy time of year for me, the two wonderful ladies who provided the service just took 80% of my stress away. Couldn't take it all with the stacks for work files in my office but now I can actually concentrate on projects instead of how I'm going to get my house cleaned. My stove hasn't looked this good for years. Thank you Xtra Maid and I would recommend your service anytime.

Every 2 weeks a team of 2 ladies would come and clean our house. They would sweep, vacuum, shake out throw rugs, wipe surfaces, and take out the trash. They always did an excellent job. We had to cancel a schedule cleaning once in a while for construction or travel, and it was very easy to email the dispatcher and reschedule: That was a real plus for us. The only difficulty we had with the company was not know exactly when they would arrive. We have 5 pets to be contained, and sometimes we would put the dogs and cats away where they'd sit for hours waiting; or, the ladies would arrive an hour earlier than we expected, and we'd have to rush around and put the pets away. Not always easy. In the past 10 months or so, the team would always arrive between 11AM and 1 or 2 PM, so that narrowing of a time window was helpful and less frustrating to us.

I had an okay experience with them. They didn't understand English, so there was a difficulty there. Everything else was fine and I was satisfied. They were pretty good.

The service was fine. I did not pay more than the $149 Big Deal cost.

The Ladies cleaned thoroughly and very well. But, I was disappointed that the counter on the fireplace, a stain in my visitor's bathtub were not cleaned off, my blinds were not done. I guess I expected the cleaning to be better than mine, that was what I paid for.

It certainly wasnt 6 hrs of them cleaning, they didn't do windows/glass just floors and counters really.

Evi graciously squeezed me in on short notice. The 2 cleaners arrived on-time and ready to go! They worked non-stop, were extremely pleasant and did an excellent job with the deep cleaning.

Two women showed up and went through our house like tornadoes. They were finished in a little less than three.hours Our home is very uncluttered and basically pretty clean. When the cleaners left, the house sparkled. The cleaners knew exactly what to do and didn't need any direction. We would use the service again.

They did great. Seriously it's spotless. They also made the beds ( including kids bunk beds!) they cleaned mirrors, the bathrooms are great, and took out trash. Great work.
