Wonderful workers and a great value

Never heard from Xtra Maid. Purchased the offer and filled out online service request form. Never heard from Xtra Maid. A few days later I called them and left a message. No response. On July 28 I called and left a message. No response. I eant my money back!

the ladies were efficient and thorough and provided excellent service. There was a slight hiccup,in that they forgot to give me the 30 minute notice I requested, but overall I was very pleased with the crew of Maria and Christina. I would use them again with no qualms whatsoever.

We will had a negative experience with Xtra Maid. First, we bought the 8-hour custom cleaning (two people for 4 hours) through Angie's List, and no one from the company called to schedule our cleaning. My wife had to call them to get them to look up our purchase and schedule the cleaning. Second, on the day of the cleaning the two ladies arrived over an hour apart and only performed a total of 4.5 hours of cleaning before leaving. My wife was sick and unable to follow them around to make sure they were being thorough, and they took advantage of that by saying they were done and leaving early. In the coming days, we discovered how spotty the cleaning had been. We wrote to the owner to complain, and to his credit he did issue us a partial refund very quickly and offered additional cleaning time for free. Still, based on this experience, my wife is not likely to trust Xtra Maid for cleaning any time in the near future.

Everything went great! They were down to business- did not talk, just got straight to work. Very fast. They were also very nice and polite.

They didn't do a thing except waste my time.

They did everything they said they would do, and I am pleased with their work. They were on time, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to friends and family members.

They did an excellent job. The place was spotless when they finished. They brought all the cleaning supplies with them. They also came earlier than the time I had scheduled. I will use them again.

It went very well. We were very pleased.

They have done a bi-annual cleaning with them for the last few years. They have done a good job every time very nice and thorough.

They were professional and worked hard and finished on time! This is our third time to use them. Since it's just me and my husband we have no set need so I wait til it goes on sale and then purchase.

When I scheduled the housecleaning service with Gabriel by email I specifically asked him to have at least one English speaking house cleaning person, but to my disappointment neither housecleaning ladies who arrived at my home spoke English. Also, I didn't feel that I received my money's worth... They cleaned my rental property and I paid for 6 hours, but the cleaning service ladies left early by 40 minutes or more. I returned back to the rental property early and was quite surprised to find the cleaning ladies were already gone when there was still cleaning that could have been done. I would no longer recommend them.

Gabriel first came out to my home to assess what I wanted done. Ever second week, two or three ladies arrive. They speak limited English (and I speak limited Spanish), but we get along. They spend two-plus hours, and the house sparkles. Excellent value for money spent!

The cleaning team just left and we are so impressed with the excellent work they did! They cleaned all the light fixtures, ceiling fans, woodwork, even the inside of the oven, toaster oven, and refrigerator. Our home is even cleaner than we were expecting! We would definitely use Xtra Maid again.

Maid's showed up 15 minutes late and left early. They did not clean the easily cleanable water soluble stains in the foyer. I asked them repeated why they were leaving early and they were rude, and refused to clean the floors. For the last 15 minutes, only one of the cleaners was cleaning. Total cleaning time was only about 5 hours and 15 minutes even though I paid for 6 hours and there was more cleaning to do.

Three ladies came, prepared with all their tools including telescoping dusters to reach the two story light fixtures. They did all the baseboards, washed all the floors, cleaned the blinds, and were meticulous with the bathrooms and kitchens. They were here for 4 hours, so a total of 12 woman hours. That's fair and I was very satisfied with their work.

That was fantastic. That's the first time I've had such a thorough cleaning of everything. I pay for deep cleaning, this is the first time I got a real deep cleaning. Whenever I ordered it, it was shortly after that. I don't think I paid more than that, I think it was $239. The first group they sent out after I had done the deep cleaning and then I asked, I said that I wanted to continue to use their service and the first 2 women that came out did a lousy job. I told her and said, I'd like to do it again but send out somebody else. He did and they've been doing a great job. Every two weeks they come.

Best housecleaners we have ever used.

Housecleaning went well. However, cleaning team showed up two hours early. Thank goodness my meeting was cancelled and I was at home. It was difficult communicating with them. They didn't speak English well at all.

They always do a good job. They could approach me and ask me if there is anything else I needed. They should be proactive.

We have used Xtra Maids twice and both times we have been very pleased. The two ladies are very efficient and thorough.

The second visit only one person showed up instead of the two we needed, with no explanation or adjustment to the price. The third time they came for an hour and 15 minutes when they were booked for 2 hours. When we voiced our concerns, a supervisor came with them and on that visit: we asked more than once for the clothes in the master bedroom to be put away, and they were left out. There were dirty towels left hanging over the shower curtain. The dishes were not put away either. Additionally there were a lot of small, strange things that were done, like earrings put away inside a water pic, a clear water bottle with lemon in it was put away on the shelf (still with the lemon, still full of water).

Overall cleaning was good. Manager was not very responsive.

I wanted to hire Xtramaid to clean both my house AND my rental, based on the stellar reviews and the Big Deals they are offering. But, I needed them on specific days. So, I tried to contact them every way but fax to find out if they were available those days before I bought the Big Deals. I've waited DAYS. No response at all to my repeated voicemails and emails. NOTHING. What a waste of time. Huge disappointment. But, if you have tons of time to kill waiting to hear from them and you're OK IF you NEVER hear from them, there you go.
