Fantastic! This was the best job we have had with Xtra Maid LLC and also compared to other companies. It was more than coming home to a clean but the attention to detail and personal touches. They seemed to take such good care and pride in their work.

It went fine. There was no additional cost, the big deal covered it. They just could have been a little more responsive. The overall experience probably could have been a little better, with the communication.

two folks arrived on time-ready to work. worked steady for 3 hours - the agreed upon time House looked clean; will have them again.

It went well after we got everyone on deck with the time. The first time, the were suppose to at my home at 4:00. They didn't show up until 4:45. They didn't call to inform me they would be running late. The second, a different set of workers were on time.

Good job but could have been better if furniture were moved.

Although the crew was a tad late..... their summary of work was well worth it. The Ladies were very professional; worked with a smile all the time they were here. Any requests that I had they listened and gave the answer. Although this review is a bit late; I guess that would be my fault. I guess I hit the wrong button and it didnt go through the first time. Yeah- I know..... That's what we all say.

Absolutely wonderful; the ladies were pleasant and left my house spotless. Maybe also because I treated them as friends rather than just cleaning ladies, but they were an absolutely wonderful team!!!

They worked hard from the moment they arrived. My house had never been cleaner! I will definitely hire them again!

After we got the time and date coordinated, it went very well. Only item missing were the ceiling fans.

Fantastic! We've used this company several times and they -- by far -- are the best housecleaning service we've used. They're thorough, consistent and they do a great job. They're also punctual and very professional.

The workers that they sent over were someone who didn't speak English, and a middle school student. Attempted to speak to owner about situation, and he didn't provide a solution, only mentioned that his company is bonded and insured, which wasn't helpful. Afterward, attempted to call 10-15 times to get a resolution, but never contacted me back.

Cleaners prompt and polite with their on supplies. Spoke no English so cleaning did not include all my instructions. Left after only three house leaving some things undone. 172

It was okay. The main complaint was that I had to replace three of my blinds after they were done. The blinds were a little cheap and they probably needed to be replaced anyway but it that was just one issue I had. Overall they did clean my house and got it clean. That expectation was met. The way they did the blinds left them unuseable. I use a trackball for my computer and they lost the ball. I don't know what they did with it. I had to completely my trackball for my computer.

I had to pay ahead of time. Gabriel de Leon contacted me and scheduled a time at 2:30 on Saturday. No one showed up. I called her telephone number. She did not pick up, and I left a message asking her if she was still coming. She did not call back. I also replied to her email and she did not respond. How do I get my money back???

They did a fantastic job on short notice. I really appreciated how great the place looked.

On the plus side, by and large they did a good job on the things they cleaned. However, they did some odd things. For one thing, they vacuumed the ceiling in the bedroom above the bed. It WAS dirty, but plaster and dust went all over our bed and they didn't do anything about that. So, we were left with a bed full of plaster and dust, which we had to remove without getting it all over our nicely cleaned floors. Also, they never made it upstairs at all. They also left early. They came at 8:30 and left at noon. We paid for four hours of two people and got 3 1/2.

Not at all, we tried to make an appointment, they scheduled one after many attempts which we had to cancel due to other personal tasks. We tried to call them again and again left messages and did not hear back from them.
