Very poorly. Rescheduled once, which was fine. We confirmed new date three times. Crew didn't show up and owner didn't return emails or voice mails from both my wife and I. Never heard a response. Had to pay extra to have a different company come in on short notice. Would never use again.

The qualify of the house cleaning itself was great! It would have been nice to know ahead of time they do not wash sheets and other bedding. Also, because I have a smaller home, the cleaning team ran out of things to clean after 4 hours. Hence, why I rated a B on price. From my perspective, I did not get what I paid for. I would not rehire because I anticipate the same outcome - pay for 6 hours and receive 4 hours of cleaning.

Crew arrived a bit earlier than expected. The crews employed by Xtra Maid are all good. I have been a client on/off for at least 4-5 years and have always received great service. Again, the ladies worked hard, were responsive and attentive to detail. The ladies are well trained because they know how to clean. I am appreciative of this company.

It went beautiful. The only thing that I put down as B because the ladies do not speak English. But they have someone on the phone to explain to me and I tell them what is needed to be done. They don't move beds, but the bed is on wheel so after a few minutes she pushed it out of the way to get to the floor of the beds. I buy the coupon and I love it. Best investment.

Very happy with the service. The two person crew arrived when expected and did a great job cleaning the house. They tackled the tougher cleaning jobs like the glass enclosure for the shower and it looks brand new. Very nice job on the range and the inside of the fridge. They also did all the basic cleaning, floors, dusting and vacuum. Very happy they dusted all of the blinds. We will definitely have them back and are very happy with the services performed.

They arrived on time and cleaned everything to perfection. All surfaces were dusted, the floors looked great, and they even made the bed.

They did a fabulous job at my house. I added on a couple of hours and it worked out great!

They were professional, nice, and punctual. I keep a fairly clean house (I clean weekly) and needed more of the deep cleaning mentioned above. I paid the higher than competitor price of $249 because of these extra services however much of that did not get done. The $249 ended up being for 2 people to clean 5hrs (10hrs total billable hours) and they did not have time for those special items I really wanted done. I clean my house as well as they did in 3-4hrs by myself so not sure why it took them 5 to do general cleaning. They did get the ceiling fans which I was happy about. Totally forgot a kitchen counter with small appliances on it. Just moved things around in fridge but did not clean at all. Did clean the oven however I keep that pretty clean anyway as it is self cleaning and run that regularly. In the end I had to pay my daughter to clean out the fridge and do the small appliances that I really wanted done.

Two ladies arrived on time and powered through the house in a little under three hours. Our home was immaculate when they left. Scheduling was easy, the women were professional and friendly, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

It went really well. They cleaned in areas that would never get touched by our previous service. The only concern I have, is if you pay for six hours of service, and they finish with two hours still left, how do I get the difference in cost. They never came to me asking if there was anything else they could do since they were through and we still have two hours left.

Hard to communicate as I speak very little Spanish and they didn't understand very much of my English. But they cleaned great, no problem with their work. I would hire again with someone to interpret what I want.

Home went from being filthy dirty to clean. My only beef with this company, and it's a small one considering the good job they do, is that the last couple of times I've bought the six hour coupon, the cleaners left after 4.5 or 5 hours. Granted the house is pretty clean at that point, but if you are paying for 6 hours, they could find some areas to deep clean better. I was not present on either occasion but I had someone there to let them in.

Very well. I'd give them a solid A-, pretty close to perfect. They arrived 10 minutes early (I spotted their SUV parked a couple of houses down from me). Then at 8:29 they parked in front of my house and arrived at my front door EXACTLY on time. They listened to what I needed, and did what I asked. They were industrious, professional and pretty thorough. I would definitely recommend. This was the first time I had used the company - I bought one of those Angies List deals - 8 hours for a fixed price. The "home office" was responsive in scheduling. This was one of those "Angies List deals I'm really happy with" experiences. Thanks folks - you did well.
