Description of Work: Refund Asap! This company is non efficient. I reached out to the POC via numerous phone calls and emails. He is unprofessional and sent out his cleaning service after I told him the household was sick with flu and would have to reschedule. He is now trying to charge me 50 additional dollars. No one ever picks up the phone and emails come vague. I have 30 days to get my money back. I would expect it to be refunded to my CC. I very disappointed and I hope you would this serious matter.  + -1 moreBrilliant, they came on schedule and I had messed up and not had the water switched on. They had three ladies ready to clean that had to leave. They charged me $30. For travel and cancellation. Thankfully 2 ladies came back the next day, and we were very happy with their service. They got the whole house cleaned in a day. They got on with it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend. My husband left them a nice tip, since we thought it was great value.
