Horrible. The maids walked off the job. Since they did not speak English, I have no idea why. I asked them to come over before the actual clean date, so they could actually see what condition the house was in - but they chose not to. I paid in full prior to them being here. I am out the money

Came later in the day than scheduled but I think the cleaning team was extremely busy right before Christmas. They were probably exhausted!

The gals actually cleaned very well (except inside of stove not that good, but I did not even tell them that) Little to NO English, but they cleaned good so I would have overlooked that and maybe hired them again, UNTIL I see a couple days later that they run a special for two ladies to clean for a total of six hours for 135.00!!!!! Well they were at my house for that amount of time so I thought surely Gabriel (the manager/owner or whatever his title is) will either refund my money or offer to clean next time or SOMETHING..... NO. I am very disappointed and they lost a customer who would have used them again and probably written a nice review..... to bad. BTW he also needs to work on his English skills.....

Perfect - they stayed until the job was complete. Everything was great - I particularly appreciated the work in the kitchen - the oven and fridge were really cleaned well & kitchen grime off of the cabinets.

Great. On previous cleanings, 2 "maids" have been here for 3 hours, also great. This time 3 "maids" were here for 2 hours straight (no break) & did a very thorough & detailed job, working primarily independently though organizing together quickly at first & consulting with each other from time to time. As usual, they brought their own equipment, including mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials & cloths.

the ladies were very thorough and professional. no chit chatting among themselves. made good use of my time. thank you

It went very well. The Big Deal price is $135 is what we paid. Two people came out. They worked just aobut 6 hours. They left the house really clean. How can they improve? They just need to stay the way they are -- they did well.

Did a good job with the exception of succulent plants near the front. They must have thrown something on them because after they left found all broken and they died. They go to work right away and work until complete

Very well. Maria and Cristina always do an excellent job. I always ask for them.

All interactions with the agency and the 2 cleaners themselves have been excellent! The cleaners (always the same 2 young women) always arrive on the day, but their time is not always the same. They do a thorough and good job on all tasks. I do not have them change beds so the 2 of them usually take just a bit shy of 2 hours. Very courteous and honest - I have no problem leaving a key when I have plans that day.

Work done in our home was great. The place smelled like new again and everything was so nice and clean. I'll be using this company again from now on.

Three maids spent almost all day cleaning my house for a very thorough clean. They were polite and quite.

Great - the girls arrived on time. I had to go to work but they called to let me know when they were finished and did a good job. I noticed however that a bathtub faucet was loose and leaking when I got home. I called Gabriel and he had someone out that day to repair or replace the faucet. His technician did a great job and went to great lengths to be sure I was satisfied.

Everything went great, and in record time. The one time they weren't punctual they gave me a discount. The house is spic and span.

I have used Xtra Maid LLC several times. The very 1st time they came they were on time, polite and very efficient. They did an excellent job and we had no complaints. As a matter fact we used another service from Angie's list and it was HORRIBLE. The floors were still dirty and my grandbaby's feet had dirt from crawling around on the floor but I called Xtra Maid and they were able to come at last minutes notice and clean up literally the other company's mess. They are amazing!

Good - just would prefer faster response time in booking the cleaning. Had to call a couple of times to get through.

It went well. My only disappointment was that they would not allow my dog in the house while they cleaned. She's a small, harmless golden retriever.

3 cleaners arrived a little early. I observed that they were working really fast. I have always been happy with their work (usually 6 hours cleaning) and expected an even better cleaning this time as I had paid for 8 hours labor. After they left I saw that many areas had not even been dusted and their cleaning was generally lower quality throughout. They only worked for 1 hour 45 minutes, which means that i received 5 and a quarter hours actual labor, not the 8 hours I paid for. 8 labor hours at $172.00 comes to $21.50 per hour. I did not receive 2 hours 45 minutes of labor hours, which comes to $112.87 for labor that I did not receive. I am due a refund for that amount. and will not use them again.

It went not great but just ok. It was not a deep cleaning, it was a surface cleaning. Two women showed up - one was doing pretty decent job while the other would only do a very mediocre job; for example would clean half a ceiling fan and miss a lot of spots like picture and mirrors frames as well as half of the blinds were not dusted. Two of them spent 3 hours and said that they were done. I called up the service and complained that a very mediocre job was performed. Another crew was sent to my place following week to finish the cleaning. The other crew showed up 1 h earlier than the agreed time. They finished the cleaning after 1 hour of work and I had to stand next to them all the time to ensure that all the missed spots were cleaned. We had to communicate with gestures since they didn't speak any English. Overall service that this company provided I rate as C.

They were on time, professional, and restored my home back to its orignal condition.

I've now been using this company for over three years, including under their previous incarnation and name. It has been a fantastic relationship from day one. I'm so glad I found them. The crew has remained relatively consistent from the beginning, which is also a plus. Often they are in and out of here in a couple of hours. Company usually wants you to start with a slightly more expensive "deep clean" to get the premises at a certain starting point, and then comes out once every week or, as in my case, once every two weeks to keep it that way. I'm not a terribly organized bachelor, but they always seem to take on the clutter and work around it with a smile. And after receiving quotes from several other services before I began, I'm also convinced that these guys are one of the best deals in town. They set a fee, and then stay as long as it takes. No up selling or surprise charges. Only words of caution are that the crew usually speaks limited English, so it helps to brush up on your Spanish if you have any specific requests, although you can also call or email Gabriel at the main number and they will pass it along to the crew. Only other issue is what I call the "Cleaning Day Treasure Hunt". If you are comfortable in your clutter, you sometimes will need to hunt and find things that they have put away for you. It actually doesn't bother me because they usually find a better place for it than I had ever thought of. Highly recommended.

I have always been more than satisfied with their work. The ladies get to work quickly; they don't waste time; they complete the work on time; they are always pleasant.. What more can anyone ask for?
