Highly recommend XTRA MAID. We hired them to do complete 1st floor cleaning following a Master Bath remodel. The ladies (3) were on time, skilled, and left us with a spotless 1st floor far exceeding our expectations. AND XTRA MAID was priced competitively.

Real good cleaned all I ask at the time that was designated yes at home back. But But for my apartment they charge me $108 that’s too high for this little place it should be no more than 75 sincerely Joyce Butler

Prior to working with Xtra maid, we had a challenge with other services. We wanted a team that we could trust, was a good value and would provide a consisted great job. We've worked with them for the last 8 years and they're fantastic. Flexible and friendly, they adapted when we've moved to new homes and when we had kids. They do an amazing job and we feel very fortunate to have them.

The team was wonderful! Everything was dusted so nicely, the bed was even made up like a hotel bed and even my unused headset wire was wrapped up very nicely (vs me just throwing it on the office table) I will totally hire again.

My house looks so good! The ladies were professional and kind. Really paid attention to detail, got the spiderwebs under the cabinets and did the floor boards and all the other things you'd expect. The previous two things stick out to me because they were driving me up the wall. Gabriel always responded quickly to my inquiries and is also very professional. Will hire XtraMaid again.

I placed a request for a quote one night (for a move out cleaning) and early the next morning, I was contacted by phone by Gabriel who was ready to give me a flat rate estimate but in order to make it fair for both parties he wanted to inspect the apartment for 10 minutes (I had written comments on my request for a quote indicating that the apartment was being occupied by 3 female college students and that they had 2 cats and a dog as pets). We set up the visit for that same day and I received a flat rate quote which was very close to the estimate he had given me so we closed the deal right then and scheduled the service to be performed the following week. I was very pleased with the fact that I was not charged until the work was done. Gabriel agreed to give me a heads up 30 minutes before the cleaning crew arrived and before they were done and he did. The service was performed to very high standards and they really took the time (+8 hours!) to do things right. The apartment was much cleaner than the way we received it when we occupied it a year before. Gabriel followed up with a phone call the next day to get feedback and he sent the bill by email which I gladly paid! :) Now I know why this provider received the Service Award!

Gabriel and Maria were wonderful to work with! I needed cleaning for my living room and kitchen apartment the day before move out, so I called Gabriel at noon and he was able to come to the apartment at 4 pm the same day to give a free price estimate. Then Maria came later at 7 pm to clean, and afterwards, the living room and kitchen looked spotless! She did an amazing job, and both of them were very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
