Very well; could not ask for better service.

It went well, except an accidental damage to the door but it was repaired promptly.

The 2 ladies that came were scheduled to be here at 11a and showed up late, around 1230p. I have hired this company before and they did a great job. This time, they didn't. Neither ladies could speak even basic English and I had to use Google Translator just to talk with them about cleaning. They left a lot to be desired insofar as cleaning this time. Not sure I would hire them again.

They threw me off schedule by arriving an hour early. They were here from 1:00 to 3:30 instead of 2:00-5:00. I have hired this company before and they were wonderful- not quite as thorough this time. They were about to leave and had not dusted my coffee table and end table. I had to ask for it to be done. I was surprised when they said they were done at 3:30.

Worth it for the fridge and oven cleaning alone.

Good. The owner is responsive, the girls are punctual and do a good job. I have used them before and will use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They have cleaned the house a few times and are always very thorough.

Many thanks to Gabriel for working with our hectic schedule to get the ladies out for an amazing clean. Super responsive & easy to schedule. Polite & efficient cleaners even arrived early and easily worked around my family who unfortunately were home! Did everything on the deep clean list fantastically (ceiling fans, refrigerator, oven, baseboards!). They were even able to get some pretty stubborn dirty grout clean that I have unsuccessfully been able to accomplish! I plan to have them out for at least a monthly cleaning service (wish I could have them weekly!) Thanks for making our house sparkle again!

Good job. Should always ask about appliances before spraying with chemicals. Oven cleaner should not be used on a self cleaning ovenl

not well, I had to hire another service to finish, I was willing to pay extra to get the job done right the first time.

It was a wonderful experience from the initial contact to them handing over the keys (I had to leave for a facial). Gabriel stopped by for an initial consultation that only took about 10 minutes. He was dressed in very professional business attire and greeted me with a handshake. He emailed me within a couple of hours of his visit to schedule and give me pricing. I booked, immediately. When his staff arrived (on time), they were LOVELY. I gave them a quick tour and left them with my mobile # and the keys (remember, I had a a facial). Had I not gotten the sense that they were trustworthy (from my initial meeting with Gabriel and the ladies' professionalism, I would have stayed on the sofa. I had not one worry as I left for the spa. After a few hours of relaxation, I received phone call (timed perfectly) that the apartment was ready for inspection. I arrived back to a perfectly pristine apartment (that smelled amazing)! I love the smell of cleaning supplies. HA! After payment was given, the ladies left. I went to my closet to put something away and noticed that they'd even lightly organized it!!! WOW! How do they do what they do in only a few hours?!?! I am a FAN and have scheduled my next appointment! I'll keep y'all posted! The bar has been set HIGH!

The crew arrived in a timely manner. I walked them through and they started to work. The finished product was exceptional...exceeded my expectations. Close attention to detail....the house absolutely sparkles.

They were supposed to come clean my house at 2. I contacted them when they did not show up at 2. Said that they were running late. Called back again later and they said that they would be there at 4pm. Still did not showed up, and said that they would be there at 4:30. They still did not show up after I had contacted the owner and now they are not responding to me at all, via phone or email.

The cleaners were responsive, showed up on time, and completely transformed my house. I had purchased an offer to have them clean my home, but now I am hoping to hire them again as needed for occasional housecleaning above and beyond what I have time to do. I was very impressed with them.

They did an excellent job! It really was awesome.

I rate "B" because it's been a little hit and miss on "A" quality but I will rate high for effort and responsiveness. I sometimes have to follow behind them before they leave so they can take care of missed spots. But as I said, it's been hit and miss. Some sessions they do an excellent job. I would recommend and will continue to use again.

Would be nice to have furniture and drapes vacuumed.

3 women worked 7 hours. They left no stone unturned - cleaned literally everything in our house. Absolutely best service ever. Gabriel does a great job of communicating, before, during and after the service. Could not be more pleased.

Xtra Maid LLC was excellent. The team of 5 showed up and knocked it out the whole house cleaning in less than 2 hrs. We have used them several times and will continue to use them moving forward.

They cleaned things that hadn't been cleaned since I moved in 8 years ago!

They did great! Communication was a little difficult (it didn't seem like they spoke a lot of English), but overall, super impressed with their attentiveness to everything. They even caught stuff that I forgot to move out and put it into a pile in the living room.

Everything was done with a high level of service quality.

I love the ladies from Xtra Maid. This is the 3rd time I've used them and every time they do an excellent job. This time they were right on time, got right to work and did a phenomenal job! They intuitively know what needs to be done and I'm always very happy w/the results. Will definitely use them again and again!
