Description of Work: My family was very satisfied with our experience with this cleaning company. There was a minor challenge communicating with the Spanish speaking cleaners. Gabriel, who I communicated with to set up the appointment, was extremely responsive, polite and friendly. This was my first time using Angie's List and it was helpful, although I was confused about how to pay the provider. Not sure whether the cost was billed through Angie's List or not. When Gabriel receives this review, I would appreciate a call to clarify whether he has been paid and if not, how much is owed and how payments should be handled. If the cost is not prohibitive, I would also like to set up some additional times to clean.

Description of Work: Two hard working souls came to clean my house. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and did an excellent job. Looking forward to their return. I highly recommend these folks!

Description of Work: Cleaned both levels of a renovated house on 4/18 & 4/21 a total of 16 hours. On 4/18, they cleaned the lower level and they came back on 4/21 to clean the upper level. They vacuumed inside drawers, wiped the top of the fan and light fixtures, without me asking them too as there was a lot of construction debris. This is my third time using their services and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal offer. After purchase, the company called within a couple of days to schedule the cleaning service. I wanted my house cleaned several weeks later. We set up a date and time. I had done business with this company before and had always been more than pleased. However, on the date of service, the two-person crew arrived 30 minutes after the time I was told to expect them. They thought the job was to clean my garage not the inside of the house. When the error was understood, the ladies did have the appropriate cleaning supplies and did do a decent job of cleaning the house. Small disappointments included their having unplugged a phone in one room and another appliance in a different room (for the vacuum cleaner, I assume) but did not return the appliance cords into the socket so the phone went dead, a clock had to be reset. Those are minor things. The house was picked up already but did need a good cleaning. Even though they did a good job, they were rushing and the attention to detail that I recalled from the past was not as noticeable. Still, I would use the company again with better understanding up front.

Description of Work: The service wasn't as described. My understanding was that they would help organize and then clean our garage for ~4 hours. When the ladies arrived it was clear their understanding was that they were just there to clean, while my primary goal was organization. I ended up helping do much of the work, but am still finding items that most of the items were just randomly placed where they would fit rather than being organized in any way. The ladies also spoke very little English. This was ok for me as I speak some Spanish, but could be difficult for others.

Description of Work: Two girls cleaned only two bathrooms, kitchen and one living room for 4.5H. Talking at the beginning, and tried to speed up at the end. Not worth what I paid.

Description of Work: The maids arrived at 8am to perform an "all day" cleaning. They frantically cleaned for 3 hours. At 11 am they packed their stuff and left. They told me they did not have time to clean the laundry room. They did not clean any windows or doors. They did not wipe down kitchen cabinet fronts. What they did do was done well, but overall I was disappointed. I had used them before and had been satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: The two women spent almost 4 hours cleaning my house and it looked great. Since then I have been using the service every 2 weeks. It is $130 each time and worth it.

Description of Work: We just had our first cleaning yesterday and we were amazed at the level of detail and how incredibly clean our home was!! It smelled wonderful, and the first deep cleaning they had a team of four there for five hours! Even our coffee pots were cleaned and scoured! So impressed with the level of service - we are starting monthly service ASAP! Thank you all so much!

Description of Work: Emailed one day, Gabriel came out for an estimate the next day and the house was thoroughly and completely cleaned 2 days later. This was a very large, empty house in need of a cleaning prior to being put on the market. The ladies did a very thorough job- absolutely everything was cleaned as promised. Excellent communication from Gabriel and a reasonable price for this big job. Will be using this company again.

Description of Work: We have on-going bi-weekly service and it's great. They were very responsive when I first contacted them for the initial cleaning and did a wonderful job. We've been using them ever since for about the past four months. The price appears to be in-line with other cleaning services or a little less.
