Description of Work: They did an awesome job! The only complaint I have is there was no follow up. I wanted to set up a regular schedule while our house was on the market & I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Paid for 1 cleaner for 6 hrs or 2 for 3 hrs. My home is 1700 sq ft 3bd1.5 bath and when the 3 cleaners showed up they let me know they wouldn't be able to finish in the 3-4 hrs they were going to be there. The small areas they cleaned (bath and kitchen)were done very well. The living room and den I found they had not moved the furniture to clean and did a quick wipe on furniture. 2 bbrms, 1staircase, we're not cleaned. I had also asked the owner to let me know how much he would charge for regular cleaning(emailed)...never heard back. I understand first time cleans take a little longer but they had plenty of people.

Description of Work: Two ladies came together to clean the house for 4 hours each. They started right after I showed them around and didn't stop until everything was perfectly clean. It's the first time I rely on cleaners who actually clean as thorough as I do myself. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Overall, they are very thorough in performing their job. There were some missteps in scheduling the appointment but they were reconciled. I like the fact that they get in and get out in an acceptable amount of time. I am usually at home when the crew comes to clean.

Description of Work: while house smelled clean - obvious there were items overlooked. Tables still dusty when i asked them specifically to dust. Only mopped living room - none of other rooms. Would expect a lot more for 6 hours of service.
