Description of Work: I was very unsatisfied when I realized that I could not have help with moving anything over 16 pounds, and organizing boxes. They sent two small women who did not speak English, so I could not communicate with them. They did one hour of cleaning. I rescheduled (with a degree of difficulty) to have someone who I could talk to. The second pair of small women were finished cleaning in one hour. Gabriel was very understanding, and I have one final hour with two women within the next six months, when my garage may need sweeping/cleaning again. Organizing did not happen, but the cleaning was great:)

SORRY FOR THIS SITUATION. FIRST this Member only purchased 6 hrs. ( Not 8 Hrs). When the girls went to her home the first time, she and her husband was fighting and yelling the girls called me to my office and told me that they can't work under this situation (they understood perfectly the instructs ). I called to the member to reschedule she said yes, I sent another team, and the member again fighting between they, (wife & husband), the member called me if she could to reschedule again until NOVEMBER !! This purchase 6 hrs. cleaning and organize garage is for ONE TIME SERVICE. Now if she is really unhappy what she leave a B REVEW ? We are happy working for this Mamber. Gabriel de Leon.
