Description of Work: I purchased a $99 (or $89) coupon from the above provider for 3 hour 2 person make ready cleaning. I had to cancel as the tile setters were not finished and left the provider an email and a voice message. There was no response so I went to the property at the appointed time. I requested a call back to reschedule and did not get one. I called again leaving a message with no response. Can you tell me if this provider was paid. If so, I want a refund so I can get another provider. Thank you.

We agreed to clean her house on Saturday 9/6, but in the same day Saturday 9/6, she sent us this e mail.: [member name removed]9/6/2014 Mr. de Leon, "The tile setters will not get finished today, so I need to reschedule. Description of Work: Horrible experience. They went to the billing address rather than property address and deducted the time off the cleaning. In 2 hours they managed to only clean the bathtubs, everything else was very poorly done. I could have done a better job by myself in half the time. Absolutely unacceptable, money wasted

Description of Work: Two women came and the house was just amazingly clean when they left. They propped up the stove top and cleaned under side. They supplied the cleaning products. I work at the house in a room I did not have them clean. They were fast , busy and quiet while I worked.
