Description of Work: Appointment was made easily enough. Did not show up. I contacted them more than an hour after the end of the time window they were expected. I heard back later (an auto accident). Rescheduled for later the same day. They showed up. But there was virtually no interaction with them, and there was a language barrier. This was supposed to be a "custom" cleaning job. I explained what I wanted, but was largely ignored. They just did what I believed they normally did.
