Description of Work: They cleaned out and organized my carport and were wonderful.I have used 3 Angie's Deals,and this was the only one that I did not have problems with.(By the way,I will not be ever using Angie's Deals in the future-except for this company(Too many hidden costs and confusion) |But let me reiterate that this company was fabulous!

Description of Work: sent 2 women to clean garage for three hours. when they arrived, the one who spoke some english told me they were here to clean my house; had 2 pails and a mop. the other who spoke no english never participated in any discussions and first one did not translate that i heard. told them what i wanted and went into the house: was unable to stay in garage with them because of a medical problem. but since they were angies list i didn't worry. they finished their work in 1 hr. so i paid $99 for 1 hr, not 3. all they did was stack everything on top of each othher on one side of garage. also when they left, i was missing my contaioner for melting wax that is used for theraputic purposes and a box of extra wax. since i didn't actually see them put it into their car, i didn't feel i could call their employer. no one else goes into my garage, so it's pretty much a done deal. i just hope i don't find anything else missing when i go to look for it. as i said i have medical issues so it takes me a while to get to everything. i do feel you should know about my total experience so as to be careful of your recommendations. one last thing; they had never cleaned a garage before, only houses.

Description of Work: Hard working cleaning team. Only item I could suggest for improvement is for the cleaning team to improve their English. Difficult to communicate what you want done.

Description of Work: They did a great job overall; my wife is happy so I am happy, but there did seem to be some miscommunication since they showed up 3 hours early ( barely catching me even home) starting cleaning the refrigerator when I offered them water if needed, and did not clean the kitchen baseboards, even though both my wife and I emphasized that the importance of that task to them. They also rushed off before I could inquire about a bi-monthly arrangement. Still, we would use them again if we can get a bid on a bi- monthly arrangement and a clear understanding of what would be covered or cleaned.

Description of Work: We have been using Xtra Maid cleaning service for a little over 2 years. I have been juggling a lot with school, work, kids, and deadlines through most of that, and sometimes our house is downright shameful when the housekeepers arrive. We have two dogs - a golden retriever and a bichon frise - the bigger one sheds like crazy. Once I even emailed Gabriel and said I didn't think it could all be done in an afternoon and to please just ask the girls to do what they could in a couple hours. . . and when I arrived home the house was *spotless.* I have been overwhelmed with the service and quality of this company. Also the understanding that comes across for life situations is like no other service provider anywhere. Kids get sick. Deadlines happen. Family comes to visit. . . Xtra Maid is always there to put everything back together. I honestly don't know how I ever got along without them. Margarita and Christine have been angels to our family.

Description of Work: They did an awesome job of cleaning our house. We were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: After initially buying this deal for garage cleaning, I played quite a bit of phone tag with them trying to get this scheduled and eventually lost interest. About a month later, I came back to it and was able to easily schedule. | |The two women sent to do the garage cleaning job were prompt, friendly and efficient. They moved everything in my garage from one side to the other, wiped the walls, removed spider webs and cleaned the floor. They then repeated this process for the other side. At the end I was left with a garage that looks and smells clean, and organized. I will now be able to put my car in the garage this Winter so I am happy with the results!

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. THESE LADIES WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF, I JUST WISH I COULD AFFORD TO USE THEM EVERY OTHER WEEK. I ASKED THEM TO PRIMARILY DUST EVERYTHING BECAUSE MY HOUSE WAS SO DUSTY. I FIGURED THIS WOULD TAKE MOST OF THEIR TIME. THEY NOT ONLY DID A FANTASTIC JOB DUSTING BUT ALSO DID THE REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING TOO. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE LADIES.

Description of Work: It was great! Four ladies came to the house and went to work. I have 2000 square feet and they did a wonderful job. I've never seen my kids' rooms and the bathrooms so clean. It included the oven and refrigerator. I highly recommend them. The only difficult part was they did not speak English. But, I didn't have any special requests, so it wasn't a problem in my circumstance.

Description of Work: The two maids arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning, especially the floors. However, they missed a few items on the cleaning list. The other two times that the maids visited, Gabriel had translated the cleaning list into Spanish. I think that the maids missed a few items because I had to provide a list in English. Next time, I will ask Gabriel to be sure to translate the list into Spanish. Overall, the maids did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I paid for six hours of cleaning. They left early, did not touch the one bathroom I asked them to clean and the company never called/followed up to see if I was satisfied. I am looking for weekly service and they missed out.

Description of Work: Provided a very thorough house cleaning, baseboards, walls, washed all doors, ceiling fans, as well as the expected cleaning of baths, kitchen, floors, dusting etc. I was Very Pleased with their punctuality and quality of work.

Description of Work: I wanted to have someone clean the house because I was having surgery and I knew that I would not feel up to cleaning for a while. They were amazing. Not only was everything spotless, it was organized. We have 2 young children and toys seem to constantly disorganized and everywhere. I purchased the "299 for a thorough house cleaning" coupon because that is what I wanted. Boy did I get what I wanted! It's also been very easy to keep it clean because of the job well done. It's obvious how hard they worked in even the minor details. I have and will continue to recommend them to others and will definitely be using them again.
