They don't have a set day and time that they come so if I want to set up an appointment I have to reach out and try to get them to come. The first cleaning was really great! There were 5 people and they did a top to bottom cleaning. They were on time and did a great job. I was very pleased. However, the second cleaning there were only two people who came and they did hardly anything. I was told it would be a top to bottom cleaning every time and instead it was probably the worst cleaning I have had done. There were dishes piled in the sink, they hardly touched the kitchen, and I could tell they didn't do anything but vacuum and change the sheets in the bedrooms. The list could go on and on. I contacted Gabriel and he apologized and offered to have them come again the next day, but I had already finished the cleaning they didn't do. He said it wouldn't happen again and I haven't been able to get ahold of them since. I got the feeling that they were just overwhelmed with the volume of clients and that they couldn't handle more clients.

I wasn't there, but I was satisfied with it. I've used this company before. They are pretty good.

They did a great job and always do!

It was fantastic. They came out like the next day. I was kinda in a rush. I needed someone quickly. The guy reached out to me. I told him the situation. It was a quick turn around. He prepared a final estimate for me. They did pretty much the whole house. There was no other charges. I will call them again.

Fine, there was an issue were we were quoted one price and then told them of a coupon and the price went up.

Excellent. The same two ladies come every other week and do a great job. They don't come at a specific time, which is fine with me. They are very thorough. We have been using this company for our house cleaning needs for over a year and been very satisfied every time.

The work was good but I was unhappy that the coupon was for 6 hours of work and they only worked for 4. They sent two people that worked for 2 hours.

Many times unable to contact them. Communication/Language issues.

It went well. The had a four person crew that went right to work. Two were in training, but must have had some experience. They worked as a team, each knowing their responsibility. It was well worth the money to have someone come in and clean! Good job.

The workers come when scheduled and clean thoroughly. I appreciate that when I need to change a scheduled date or add an additional cleaning, they can accommodate me. I would prefer if one member of the cleaning team would be able to speak English, but we manage to communicate reasonably well.

The house is clean, top to bottom. It even feels clean. There were no annoying chemical odors left behind, no ammonia or bleach smells. Even the fragrance in the cleaning products was very subtle. We would highly recommend this company.

They do a great job. Not responsive at all with emails and tend to show up a little late, but the price is great, and the cleaning is EXCEPTIONAL. That's why they get an A overall in my book.

Did a good job on the items they cleaned. Had light on in guest bedroom for them but they skipped it and shut light. Told them they missed it, so they did it. Also I had to mention that they had forgotten to do the baseboards. So they called the boss and he told them to do them. They did a good job on them once told to do it.

Two people showed up and took care of everything within three hours. Everything was cleaned, vacuumed, and dusted nicely.

Cleaning Ladies were absolutely fantastic, friendly and complied to all requests.

We have used them twice so far - once before my daughter's graduation party with nearly 75 people coming over and right before we put our house on the market - both times the stress level of having an amazingly clean house was immense and the team came through and made everything perfect. They are efficient, thorough, and professional. I would hire them again for my new home

There sales pitch from the person who came to the house and gave us an estimate included an initial 4 hour deep clean with approximately 2 hour cleaning sessions every other week after that. The price was twice what we had been paying, but we decided to go with them anyway. They never did the 4 hour deep clean service, and did not return phone calls about that. We continued to use them. The cleaners were very good, but anytime we needed to reschedule or ask any questions the office was extremely slow in answering (or did not respond at all). The cleaners did not speak enough English for us to send messages to the office through them. All in all, the sale person promised more than they delivered and we decided the price was not worth the level of service.

When I was unsatisfied with the service I received, Gabriel (their scheduling manager) contacted me immediately. He wanted to know what went wrong and how he could fix it. He sent another crew out for a complimentary cleaning to earn my business back. He promptly followed up with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Now that is customer service!! Thank you Gabriel and Xtra Maid for restoring my confidence that there are still companies out there that care about satisfying their customers. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

It took a while for them to get back to me in order to schedule an appointment (I had to wind up calling again after leaving a message...email works better with them). That aside, they did a nice job when they came to clean. They were nice, efficient and did a solid job. My house didn't require heavy cleaning--just a regular job, but I feel like they did what they came to do and did it well. Since my first purchase I have had them come out 2x since.

They did a fantastic job. Better than new. I would definitely use them again in the future.
