Description of Work: Everything was amazing. My only critique was that they were 30 minutes early. Thankfully I was home, but if I hadn't been I don't know what would have happened. I assume they would have waited.

Description of Work: We selected this service because of the great reviews but never ended up using due to their reschedule fee of $50 policy. We requested to reschedule for a later date but the company charged us $50 reschedule fee. I never confirmed we wanted to reschedule. Very unprofessional customer service when the owner put the phone down and walked away in the middle of a conversation. Will never do business with this company again.

Description of Work: 2 ladies spent 3 hours cleaning my house, folding my clean clothes and cleaning the kitchen. They had all their own gear and didn't mess about. Great service.

Description of Work: The 2 ladies that came to my house were friendly and very good! They worked quickly and my home looked very nice when they finished. I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Ladies were very punctual. One was very outgoing and courteous; the other surly and looked like she would rather have been anywhere but at work. (Unpleasant). Neither one spoke fluent English, so I felt lucky to speak fluent Spanish or communicating with them would have been near impossible. They worked fast but I had asked them to knock on my door at a certain point so I could give them further instructions on how I wanted certain things done and they never did. They just did the work as they saw fit and advised me when they were done. I would have preferred to have had a say. I think it was done that way to get out of here quicker, as my deal was "six hours of time" (3 hours each per worker) and they finished in 1.5 (so three hours total labor) so I felt short changed on the deal. If I'd been given the opportunity to direct them I would have gotten more done, and more bang for my buck.

Description of Work: I got the deal where they organize and clean your garage for 6 hours for 99.00. When I went to schedule it the person confirmed that they had a slot available at 1. I thought that seemed kind of late so I asked "so they will stay until 7"? And the proprietor said "yes". The day comes and they are right on time. There were 4 of them and they were rushing through everything and tearing boxes etc. I was being pulled in a lot of different directions trying to give direction to that many people. They organized it and did it in an hour and a half by rushing through it. I will admit it looks a lot better but when I wanted them to clean afterwards they left. They said they had another house to get to at 3pm. So they never intended to stay until 7 as I had been lead to believe. And in the end my mom ended up finishing the cleaning job for them. Also try didn't have the right equipment or cleaners that they needed. While it looks much better I am disappointed that I paid for a service that really wasn't completed because the owner is fitting in so many appointments in a day. Just be honest and they weren't.
