Description of Work: Extra Maid LLC made an appointment for a housecleaning service for 3/9/15 but did not honor that commitment. I called the phone number listed twice on the day of the appointment but have not received a return call to explain why they did/could not honor the commitment. I called again today (3/10/2015) and still could not get anything but a recorded message. Extra Maid LLC has not attempted to contact me about this service nor returned my calls. I do not want to pay for a service that was not honored.

Description of Work: The woman arrived on time, cleaned the entire house including dusting furniture and blinds, sweeping, mopping,vaccuming, cleaned 2 bathrooms and kitchen, did a very good job, and was finished in 5.5 hours. We were very pleased and plan to use her again.
